Location is quiet while being close (enough) to all the French Quarter craziness. Large rooms are wonderful!

Indoor climate control is funky. Windows are sealed & thermostats operate on their own very secret logic. Minor annoyance in the grand scheme of travel issues.

Chambre austère et pas très bien équipée, pas de chauffage et douche froide. Nous avons eu froid toute la nuit et pas d'eau chaude le matin pour la douche !

Fantastic location. Close to everything in the French Quarter. Friendly staff. Well-appointed rooms that have been designed to retain that element of tradition.

The location is nice and it’s a beautiful building. We had a lovely big room. The pool is nice.

Our room, #101 is between the lobby and the street and down the hall from the pool. It was extremely loud. I think putting sound machines in the room would help, I used my phone.

I loved this hotel!!! It was close to everything. It was beautiful and quiet. The ladies at the front desk were sweet, awesome and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Very clean. The staff were wonderful! Location was great! The bed and the pillows were superrr comfortable!

The TV wouldn’t work.

Person at the front desk was kind, friendly and helpful. She worked many hours. She was there all day and evening late, and then again first thing in the morning. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and conveniently located in the French Quarter.

Would have been nice to have more staff, or a breakfast included in the price of the room. It appeared there was the capacity to have a bar, restaurant, but there wasn't the staff to manage it.

Localisation très bien. Literie et confort du lit sont exceptionnels. Douche agréable.

Nous avons entendu le voisin ronfler. La porte vers le couloir n'était pas acoustique, on entendait le moindre bruit. Pas de petit bureau dans la chambre, dommage. Pas de brosse à toilette (très gênant en couple). Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre alors qu'on veut de l'air frais.

L'emplacement est parfait dans le vieux carré. Calme et pourtant proche de tout. Le personnel assez serviable.

Great location. At end of French Quarter. Quiet, but near all the attractions. Keep in mind it's a historic building so it has its quirks. Incredibly clean and well renovated. There are uneven floors and single pane windows which is part of the charm.

The location was perfect. Quiet part of quarter. Could walk everywhere but away from all the noise.

Too far of a walk from the action of Bourbon

Lovely staff (very helpful and gave us free bottles of water daily), room was great but really the location is perfect! Quiet street to avoid the noise, but in between Frenchman and Bourbon.

Small thing but the shower curtain was curved outside the shower so you’d flood the bathroom every time, not really the biggest issue though.

Sehr gut gelegen im French Quarter, nur 5' zu Fuss zur Frenchman Street. Ideal und recht ruhig.

Close to everything, quieter than most other locations and secured parking was excellence

A very good location, very friendly staff, clean rooms, and private parking but you do pay extra for it but it’s definitely worth it!

Not having a refrigerator in the room which was stated on line there being one.

Our stay was great! A beautiful old mansion turned into a hotel with a clean spacious room. We stayed on the top floor and had a great view of the quarter. Really nice courtyard and pool area. Perfect location: you are removed from the partying on Bourbon street but only a 5 minute walk away. So close to all the good restaurants, Jackson Square, area for your tour pick up, etc. When we come back we will definitely book here again!

Nothing could have been better!

Rooms were very clean and very up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful (had two little problems which were fixed fast).. Kind of felt like coming home entering the lobby because you always got a greeting or even a quick conversation.. Within good walking distance to pretty much everything!

Beautiful old world style hotel two blocks from the French Market and right in the French Quarter. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Only downside was there was only 1 free / accessible outlet in the main room - this made it difficult to charge devices

The location was great!!! Also the beds were like sleeping on cotton.Great Staff!!!

The parking was $50.50 a day and it's at the facility which was crazy.

The place was beautiful, clean and honestly felt very safe. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions we were there for like bourbon street and the French quarter, and the staff was sooo nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and they have paid parking where they close the gate to the lot at night for the cars. I would definitely book here again when I come back to New Orleans!

It was a little difficult to find due to construction and the number online wasn’t correct. Once they update their phone number on Apple Maps and the app, finding it is a breeze. We didn’t have a fridge in the room but I assume it’s because they just opened a week prior, so it wasn’t a big deal.
