El interior de la habitación estaba bien.
La habitación estaba bien adentro, pero en un ala totalmente apartada del hotel, y los pasillos al aire libre. Para tener acceso a los servicios básicos como Restaurant, se debe caminar unos 500 mts por el estacionamiento, sin camino techado. Si el clima es frío, tampoco es agradable por los pasillos abiertos.
Vista al sector de la Marina parcial , pero está ubicado al lado del aeropuerto y esa es su principal Vista. No hay opciones de restaurantes ni supermercados de fácil acceso. El baño tiene una ducha un poco pequeña.

The Sheraton Harbor & Marina was absolutely beautiful. They upgraded my room for free with a beautiful water-front view. The offered me free parking which was a bonus! The restaurant/bar is fantastic!! I enjoyed spending time outside walking around the harbor which was beautiful with the palm trees and the yachts. The pool is very nice too which is very close to the ocean and harbor making a nice view. I will definitely go back!

The room we stayed in was very clean,

House keeping threw away our note to request more pillows just because she "doesn't speak English" instead of accommodating to our needs..
Could have handed the note to someone who spoke English instead of just completing ignoring..
Hours later.. we received the pillows after a few phones calls to the front desk

The rooms were clean and comfortable
The staff was not helpful at all, when they gave me the room I asked where it was they told me that the second floor when I looked for it I did not find it I asked again and after half an hour of waiting they told me that it was in another building they told me to wait outside for the bus to transfer me to the other building, All the staff was not helpful at all it has to improve until the supervisor has to improve how to treat the tourist they were not helpful to me.

Clean, updated, view, shuttle to the airport, excellent staff, elevators with no issues, everything working, no overpowering smells, deli in between the two buildings, in room coffee, no noise issues from other guest’s rooms. Shuttle driver did not ask which tower we reserved. Dropped off at the wrong tower and the desk personnel accommodated us in the updated tower. That’s good management when the staff is allowed to make decisions as this. Way too many companies put the staff in the middle of the upset customer and the self important manager.
With the exception of the deli down the street, food prices are exorbitant. It wouldn’t be so bad when you have a rental car but the nightly parking fee is also exorbitant. It’s like they’ve got you hemmed in so you must pay. Then there is no thought of even having a simple muffin available for breakfast. Oh come on. That to me is pathetic.

The room was a great location overlooking the marina. We loved the balcony.
The toilet leaked and the bathroom floor was wet and icky.
The AC made a high shrill sound so we had to turn it off.

It was nice that we could keep the room cold at night and the lobby smells good. That's about it.
This is a VERY dated hotel, with low popcorn ceilings in the halls and rooms. The wifi is horrible - it comes in and out. The bathroom products will have you smelling like a man - not sure why they don't have a more neutral scent. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly and slid around, plus it had a patch where it had been damaged. Dirty fan doesn't work in the bathroom so we have to blow dry the mirror to see anything after a shower. Some nasty black spots on bathroom wall and bad patch job on the wall. Stains on the carpets - gross. Broken equipment in the gym. We have a coffee maker in the room but no coffee pot with it! Something broken off in the elevator and exposed wires. The ice machine on the floor didn't work, so we had stop to buy ice each day when we went to the beach. We ended up with a room in the tower which is a 5-10 min walk from the main hotel. There is one restaurant in this building and one in the other and absolutely NOTHING in walking distance. Not sure why we are charged $50 per night to park as we are out here in the boonies, other than it's the only option so they have a monopoly on it. Our first afternoon in the room after a day at the beach, we opened the slider to our very tiny balcony for some air, and instead got the constant racket of helicopters. Keep in mind we paid extra for a water view - and are looking across water at the navy base. This hotel is smack in the middle between the airport and the naval base. My bad for just seeing that it was on the water and not looking at what was around us. It makes sense now why we saw large groups of pilots in the lobby - its a great place to stay for 1 night only if you are a male pilot! Families - there is nothing nearby to do - this is not a family friendly resort, even if they charge you a "resort fee." We will never be back. 3 weekday nights cost us just under $1115 with all the fees, taxes, and parking! This is a $200 a night hotel at best.

It was a beautiful view with a great location.
I didn’t like how my room have a microwave… I had to walk down the hall to use one that everyone else uses. Also, I had to park in the additional parking because of some construction that’s going on there at the hotel. Was disappointed that I couldn’t park closer even though there were spots there and has been partitioned off. Leslie couldn’t get out of the parking because I had checked out before walking to my car and no longer had my room key.

Rooms were nice and clean
Hotel located away from other things, view of the bay is over a parking lot, hotel seemed like it was all conference rooms hallways everywhere, walk ways to the marina wasn’t really nice, called for house cleaning, which didn’t show up, tub leaked, only could take a shower.

Fuimos unos días antes del congreso que teníamos con unos compañeros de trabajo y compartimos habitación. Hay un mini super abajo donde puedes comprarte algo para desayunar. Para trasladarte al centro necesitas coche, taxi o andar 30 minutos, caminata muy agradable.

“ sorry no staff” is the excuse I continuously listened to
Pay more and look after your staff maybe they will stay. It this is how Sheraton treats is customers I can only imagine how staff are treated.

The location and view
Pool and hot tub were closed under construction. Lots of construction inside and throughout the property. Parking is $49 a night

The room space, facilities, staff response rates, and the airport free shuttle. I also like the comfortable furniture and the balcony with the Marina view.
The restaurants has no vegetarian meals options. This was very disappointing at this day and age. So I ordered a salad and it wasn’t enough for dinner meal.

Great location next to the airport, friendly staff, and modern facility. I chose this hotel for the location due to a morning flight, and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel as a whole.
There was a party in the next room that ran until 3:00 AM even with security asking them to quiet down

Loved the location, view and comfortable bed.
Lighting in the room and bathroom was so dim we couldn’t see to shave or put on makeup. Not enough mirrors. Food prices were outrageously high.

The facility was nice enough, though I arrived at 9:30 pm, and left at 6:30am and was still charged the extra $26 For activities. The shuttle was convenient, and the one employee I met was pleasant and efficient.
My room was in the basement and my view was the edge of a sidewalk, a hill, and the maintenance door. Hardly a view at all. Big disappointment. In your ads you sold your view, and I didn't have one.

チェックインしていただいたフロントの男の方が最悪でした。イライラしているか、常に机を指で叩いて、何を急かしているのか。。。すごく不愉快でした。
部屋が準備中なので後でテキストを送ると言っても、全く来なく、結局並びなおして別の受付の方に対応していただけました。その方はとても丁寧で親切な方だったので、初めからその方だと気分よく過ごせたかと思います。

The staff was exceptional. They were able to accommodate all four of our rooms next to each other for our Thanksgiving trip.
both years when we came, I Thanksgiving, the rooms smelled so strongly like jet fuel. we’ve stayed here many times and only have this happen at Thanksgiving. I don’t know if it’s the wind or the fact that there is so many people flying, but it was really bad. I also do not like the music at the pool it’s like deep tracks from the early 2000s playing really loud. I had the same complaint from last year but at least this year they turned the music off at night so we couldn’t hear it. 24 hours a day.
I think the parking and resort fee are completely out of line with what you get. The parking lot is mostly dirt so your car gets filthy and it’s almost $50 a day to park the resort fee used to have more activities bar service at the pool and there was a spa without all of that. I think the resort fees are a little steep. We have a few different properties we stay at in San Diego, when we come down a few times a year. We all agreed that I think we’re gonna go back to the Hilton or the Hyatt next time.

I loved the ocean view. Very affordable.
I originally checked in at the wrong location. My bad. But when I went to the older building, we had the wrong room and the gentleman at the front desk seemed irritated that I here had to work. I was polite and didn’t cause a scene, but when you work in customer service/hospitality you should try and be nice, there are a lot of people out there that would’ve gone all “Karen” in him. I’m not that person, but he didn’t have to have an attitude when I was just trying to get the room I chose.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable.
Also, the tower we were in was really old, many things in the room didn’t work. We didn’t mind, we just wanted to have a nice getaway, but too many things wrong with a room that should be “easy fixes”.

Check in staff member was not very customer service oriented. Answered back abruptly and dusky when asking how long till the room would be ready. She would look around listen in to other conversations and not truly be focused on the customer she was serving.
