Comfortable, inexpensive

it was fuctional. Ac and washing machines were newly added and gave us no problems.

They took us to another location that was not listed online, and we shared a sweet with other travelers. The shower was dirty and barely held together, the kitchen was filthy and the microwave looked like sometime crawled inside it and died there. Parking is additional, but they don’t tell you that until you get there. And you better be careful cause their singular lot gets filled up quickly if you’re not lucky.

I appreciated being moved to a room with access to laundry facilities.

The apartment kitchen was bare of plates, cups and cutlery, and the appliances (microwave and kettle) didn't look clean.

Didn’t have breakfast none offered location was OK. I didn’t like anything about the day. It was old. It was dirty and I felt very uncomfortable. It was more like a motel or a shelter However, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

It could use a Complete renovation

Rude manager, incompetent staff, odor of weed, not clean, high price. Failed to refund for double booking accidentally done by incompetent staff. Claims it was done, but see nothing in the bank... I suppose manager is also incompetent as his staff. Will ghost you if you complain... so good luck getting your issues resolved. Manager has an ego problem if you complain vocally.

The location was handy and access to public transport was very convenient. There is a good choice of restaurants, in particular, I'd recommend the tiny corner Italian restaurant on the main street called 'Alfredo's'. His pasta is cooked to order and very well priced eg $13-20 for a generous bowl of delicious pasta. Alfredo's garlic bread is good and made with quality bread from Little Italy bakery. He also makes his own cannoli.

Cleanliness and functionality were poor and the premises and furnishings were very dated and worn. Examples: a. beds were old and saggy, carpet was filthy and stained, blinds were broken, no flywire on window. b. bathroom was dirty, cracked tiles, shower had no 'head' - plumbing needed as just a spout with water that sprayed in all directions, water temperature was cooler than luke warm and pressure was poor as the lever to cut water from the bath spout to the shower head didn't work. No toiletries provided.

nothing. it was a horrible experience and total waste of our money.

the bathroom was not clean, used soap shampoo in the shower, huge vomit in the sink. they had no one to come and clean the room. 2 hours later the desk attendant tried to clean the bathroom but the vomit was so dried up that it would not clean. we never used the sink and used the one in the little kitchenette in the room. it was gross. the mattress should not even be allowed to be used. creaky with broken springs. sleeping on a camping pad is more comfortable than this. we would not recommend this place. carpet hallway was gross and stained.
