It smelled clean when you walk in the facility as well as the room. There were no ugly stains on the furniture or carpet.

The shower head was kinda clogged, there was tile missing on the floor board. The toaster is the breakfast area was not working, therefore there was a line to get your bread toasted.

They allowed accepting for me, I was having surgery early Friday morning, and I was allowed to check in at 3am. Big thumbs up. The room was great, nice and spacious. When I was recouping in bed, my hubby was able to sit in the living room and watch TV eat. I am truly happy I made this choice.

The beds are comfortable. Having breakfast is good except I don’t like scrambled “eggs” they seem to be made from powder, not real eggs. The pool is nice

Greeted by a tired, or unhappy or depressed front desk clerk. When we went to the room, the bathroom floor was completely flooded. Called for maintenance. Came and “fixed” it but when we turned on the faucet, the floor was flooded again. Called and told we would. We would have to move after we had unpacked everything….then told we would need to come down and get the keys to the new room! Courtesy would have been to have someone bring us the keys. I must say there were happier more cheerful desk help on some of the other days.

Room it was clean and comfortable.

209-Room had a leak in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was wet when we arrived and leak drop made noise the whole night. Our room came with a sofa bed and we had to go down stairs to the lobby to pick up sheets and blanket at 11:00 pm with all the kids+ a baby. (mom traveling alone) which was a little bit of an inconvenience.
