Nice facility, clean, modern.

There was a power failure early in the evening. Hallways were completely dark. The staff was very helpful in other matters but perhaps not trained or prepared to deal with this, though they tried. We needed to leave ASAP as my wife has a medical condition which is why were in Philly. Eventually as were leaving, the building was evacuated which probably should have happened sooner.

The bar and lounge are lovely, and the rooms very well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff.

Only one entrance in and out was on the wrong side of the building so That to walk around the building to get anywhere Could have been up front about the loud noise from the construction Internet and TV was down Not a good value for $600 a night

First room kindly changed bec view=AC compressor. Staff very kind. Mgr paid for a cup of coffee for me. I was in Whill wheelchair and staff accommodated. Bed too soft not easy to reach desk. Disappointed no showtime free tho tv promised it. Location great. Plenty of hot water for tub-A+. Computer down when I left, but credited 1 d as I had to leave early. Parties at night seemed so fun.

Full length mirror was partially obscured w a furniture piece. Not a good idea when a woman is dressing up for an event!

The position is perfect - in Philadelphia old town. Very nice bathroom with big shower. Staff was lovely

The room wasn’t super cleaned. We didn’t like the fact we had to pay 9.99$ for wifi per day

Location and my room was great! The staff there was extremely friendly and welcoming.

There was a missing panel in my shower and my floor would get a little wet when I took a shower, but it was on the far side so it wasn't super super awful.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the Starbucks attendee was great and the bartenders were quick and courteous. I loved loved loved the margaritas.

We were on the 2nd floor looking onto the roof. There was trash on the roof that had obviously been there a long time, and it was most unpleasant to look at. Also, the lounge chair in our room was very dirty. It was in desperate need of a cleaning. It was so obvious, which made it unacceptable.

Excellent location, stylish, quiet, comfortable rooms.

Getting coffee was a bit problematic. Local Starbucks stand closed relatively early and the bar would not serve any coffee in the evening. Minor but irritating.

The staff were great. The rooms were clean. The online check-in ahead of time was very easy

The room was small for the money as compared to other hotels I've stayed, especially for the higher cost. $55 a day for hotel parking was the only option. I choose a parking garage a block and a half away for $24 a day.
