Location
Mold in the bathroom tub, need to re-caulk

The bed was comfortable and the parking lot was well lit.
The sign in/out process was easy.
The bathtub was cracked and due for repairs.
The paint job throughout the entire room was terrible.
The sheets were stained.
The curtains were ripped and there was a big gap between the bottom of the door and the floor letting cold air in.

the vicinity of where it was located to where we were going to DC.
the price was a bit steep for the condition of the hotel, pictures did not show the state of the hotel, mice droppings and mothballs outside our door, constant music playing, almost tripped on top step for it was broken, only one roll of toilet paper, one set of towels for 2 people, and small pillows

Staff was nice.
The motel needs a serious upgrade. The jacuzzi room is still out of order and the property has a terrible rat infestation.

The fact that the room was available at a somewhat affordable rate.
The fact that you had to go to front desk to get towels and washcloths. You was told it was a privilege to get them.There’s no working machines at this facility (foodsoda,ice).. I think this location is over priced

Call police on front desk and security. Asked for a refund refused call White boy called a dog

cockroaches everywhere, no pillows, bed sheets was burned but it was a non smoking room. I can go on and on

this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. tv didn’t work. phone in room didn’t work. ac would not shut off. and people were loud and you could not sleep you could hear everyone’s conversation. it sucked

I can't remember what i really liked in the room I was given.
I asked for non smoking room but I still smell cigarettes in. I had no microwave. No good iron and it took 20 minutes to give me a good iron.

subway was right beside it
it was really dirty , the room smelled like cigar the moment you walk in it smacks you right in the face had a headache staying there , found roaches on the counter and found some on my bed lot , the rugs were dirty and the lock didn’t even lock the door you had to push it with force to close al the way the door from the bottom was bent
