We’ve stayed here dozens of times. This time we stayed on the 4th floor with a package that included private check in, access to lounge and a small credit at the oak bar. The lounge offered coffee tea and soft drinks all day, happy hour w light bites from 5-7, and breakfast buffet in the morning until 10. Service was so friendly and efficient in the lounge and among the housekeeping staff. Cori is always the icing on the cake.

Hard to say, perhaps the elevators are a bit slow but it helps force a little walk up a few staircases, so…

I like the lobby area it was beautiful.

I didn’t like how my room was not fully cleaned to its entirety. Some of wood or parts of the bed were dusty

Staff is excellent - service in the gold room lounge universally good. Cheryl in the Oak Room was outstanding.

The histoiric lobby is beautiful. The floors above are outdated, need considerable updates, doors that fit the frames, no peeling paint on room door edges.

Oak Long Bar food is spotty. Mussel dish is so over the top with spice it kills the taste of the muscles. The Truffle Fries are wonderful. The entire staff in the Oak Long Bar are wonderful. The repeated visiit after visit same disgiusting music is aweful. Please change the music to more classic tunes and drop the electontic junk. And please lower the booming bass track. The music tracks are boring and nonsense.
