Good location, Byward market with lots of quality dining places

A bit noisy at night, but bed is good and had good sleep overall

Bed was comfortable and location is great !

The room air conditioning / fan was not working so room was very hot. Also parking was not covered it was an extra 35$. Limited parking. The noise from construction was awful starting at 7 am so could not sleep.

We like the comfy beds, rain forest shower and super clean room. So thankful to staff who noted in their system that Uber driver will pass by to return my sunglasses that I left on his car. So grateful, thanks to the staff!

There were only 2 small water bottles provided in our room, reception’s phone line was always busy so needed to go down around 10:30pm just to ask for water bottles. Although I must mention that the staff gave us more than enough bottles then, so greatly appreciated.

The room had big windows and a nice view. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent, great nozzles and water pressure. Overall it was simple, and clean.

We had to pay extra for an early check-in and a late check-out. This seems okay if you're staying at a budget hotel, but for $300 a night ($390 with tax), this should be included. We also asked for a few things to be delivered up to the room which never arrived.

Amazing location, clean and very friendly staff

I don’t think I got the room I selected, bathroom was not glass door believe was for wheel chair accessible…had a curtain and water flooded in the shower when I showered, had to mop. Reported twice and the manager(Gee) was kind enough to visit and access. I was then moved on to another room with nice shower (glass door) but from a King size bed to a queen size double bed. Worth enjoying a good shower after a long day at work and not mopping the bathroom

Room on the 15th floor with view of the Byward Market was stunning! Staff friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

Had to switch room late at night because the AC did not work and no maintenance staff to fix.

Staff allowed us to check in early around 1:30pm which was much appreciated. The lounge at the lobby was very comfortable. Our king room with view was clean and very spacious. Bedding is beyond comfortable and bathrooms are magical. Rooftop lounge was exceptional with beautiful views. Walk In closet and amenities were top notch. Asked for a special request for my husband’s birthday and staff honored our wishes beautifully. Parking flexibility was great. Amazing experience overall. Clean environment

The restaurant was extremely slow with service. However, the food was good. The restaurant had no non-alcoholic wine to serve, only beer.

The room is big, clean, and neat.

Waiting too long for the elevator. Didn't get the "best view" room.

The rooms are modern, clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer complimentary wine at check in and have many other amenities.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the area has sadly gone down hill. It’s still very central but unfortunately there was a big uptick in homelessness and addiction that has become much more prevalent in this neighborhood specifically.
