Breakfast was a brown bag, not as advertised. Coffee was good. Location was good. Parking was terrible, redoing the lot. Way to far to carry our luggage. No carts, not up to Wyndham standards.
Lots!! Breakfast was NOT GOOD. Advertised as breakfast included, brown bag is not acceptable. Didn’t even bother next day. Parking lot was being redone, way too much walking from lot to stairs to room. Staff was friendly and courteous. The towels were very skimpy and rough, the refrigerator was full of frost and ice, could not use. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is about a 14 minute walk to the beach so it’s close to a lot of other shops as well.
I wish there was more parking and extra security. At night going to my car I felt a little worried while there were other men staring at me being loud and yelling - didn’t feel safe at night.

Checking in was easy. The location is great but that’s really all this place has going for it.
The room itself was tiny, I booked a queen bed, got a full. The room was humid and musty. Bathroom wasn’t any better and that’s what should be spotless. It had a weird smell and wasn’t properly cleaned. There was hair and what looked like it could’ve been mold, under the mat they put down on the tub floor. The linoleum in the bathroom was thrashed. The safe they have in the room was broken. The A/C unit is so low it only hits the bed, but it also doesn’t fit in the space in the wall properly either, there’s a gap big enough for bugs and critters, such a mice, to get through. We stayed 1 night, and were hardly in the room, so we let it go. I wish I hadn’t.

- Flecken an den Vorhängen und den Wänden
- sehr abgenutztes Mobiliar
- sehr laut durch die dünnen Wände und Fenster
- habe noch Haare anderer Personen auf dem Bett und in der Dusche gefunden
- die Wände sind sehr schlecht gestrichen

This motel is a dump. We were on the 3rd floor. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom was clean, yet that is all the positive I can give about the room. The furniture is dated & in very poor condition. The dresser & night stand drawers had a bad smell, so we kept our clothes in the suitcase. The carpet is absolutely disgusting! We wore flip flops the entire time. It was just very unpleasant to stay here.
The location is wonderful with a great market across the street and convenient access to beaches & attractions.
The grounds are decent & the pool area looks nice. We didn't use it though.
The desk clerk had a very hard time finding our reservation with Booking.com. We also thought we prepaid for the room when we booked to get the cheapest rate, yet that wasn't the case. They also charged us $1.50 a day for the use of the room safe (old & rusty!) which we did not use & said they would refund the fee. We are still waiting for that to happen.

Dried vomit on stairs. Paint chipped everywhere on the walkway balconies. No glasses or even paper or plastic cups in the room. Air conditioner extremely noisy.

The staff was exceptional. We did have to change rooms because the first was unacceptable.lots of issues but the second room was great.
The staff puts all there carts on the wall by the elevator. For seniors it's almost impossible to get by it with your stuff. So that was a pain. It says there is breakfast but it a sack with stuff in it. Covid is pretty much over so that wa she excuse.

Room was old and smelly with bit up furniture. They advertise breakfast and all the have is a bag to got with a little bottle of juice and a Danish. Property is not well maintained.

close by the location we were visiting and a short walk from a store and food options. great distance to the freeway.
one of our towels was dirty and the carpets were a little outdated. also had a pigeon problem. two were always hanging around the stairs and top floor!

Hello, I had a good time in Encinitas. With regard to my stay, the room was acceptable but the door security very much in need of repair. The inside clasp flip lock pulls out of the door jam. Additionally, there is a lot of play in the door when it’s closed. I could see how someone wanting to gain access from the outside could slip a plastic card in toward the lock to dislodge it from the jam. This is an insecure door, rm 126.
