The location and everything on the resort were wonderful. The condo was clean and beautiful. It had plenty of space for a family and the two bathrooms were an added bonus. Will definitely be booking again.

The only complaint was that the screened in back porch doors were ripped, didn't shut and were kind of a pain. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but doable for a vacation.

I was blown away by the atmosphere and how friendly everyone is! the lazy river and heated pool was amazing! we stayed in the pools as much as we possibly could, the pools are even open at night! not too noisy and the activities are actually fun! the check in was simple and fast. no line at all when I arrived! I felt safe and will be coming back next year. the only con was the smelly carpet when walking into the rental. it smelled like old feet. I did a Walmart pickup for some air freshener and carpet freshener and that fixed the issue during our stay.

The Lazy river was fun and the 2 levels were great to cook and save money.

little things were broken and no lifeguard. Seemed to be doing a lot of construction and umbrellas were limited along with pool chairs. Had to get there early to get a spot.

the suite had all the essentials. Location to all the major attractions is a huge plus. the pool and hot tub are wonderful. will definitely return in the future.

the twin bed I slept in shook every time I moved. it was not very comfortable. there are no other dislikes.

We come down to the area every couple of years and stay at this property each time, we love it’s close proximity to the area attractions as well as the on-resort amenities offered: mini golf, fitness center, pool, water park, hot tub, and activity center. We feel it is a great value to get a completely private townhouse with a full kitchen and laundry area for our family to stay and enjoy our vacation each time we come to Florida!

During our stay this trip, unfortunately our property did not have a dryer that worked well enough to do our laundry (it didnt seem to have been serviced recently, our clothes needed to go through multiple cycles to dry which was not efficient) and the dishwasher was not clean at all (it looked to have built up mold inside) so we had to wash all of our dishes after each meal by hand.
