We stayed in the suite which fit our family perfectly. The pool with a water slide was a huge hit.
As all hotels are these days the room was a bit expensive for the location. It’s a small town in Alberta!

The hotel was much more modern than I thought it would be and it was right across the street from the baseball diamond which was a big bonus since we were attending a tournament there.
Booking was a bit difficult and the rest of our team wasn’t able to book a room for the night, they were told it was a two night minimum.

the staff (not manager/owner), but the housekeeper supervisor was far superior than anyone else…Most staff were great (especially the breakfast one)
the manager/owner: was rude/discriminatory/and generally unpleasant to deal with-

I was able to get an early check-in which I greatly appreciated! And the lady serving breakfast was absolutely delightful 💗

it is very clean and well appointed .
the beds were not very comfortable, there seemed to be a hump down the centre of the bed. The hotel must be close to a pig farm because the smell of pig dung was horrific

Bed were great, most staff great. Very clean
Pillows too soft, tv connection stopped working for one night, USB by the bed did not work. 2 staff were rude. Most were fabulous.
