Wonderful location adjacent to the harbor, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and City Market. The amenities included with the stay are amazing, from the hot breakfast served at the the location of your preference to the evening wine and cheese hour. The most exceptional quality of our experience was the staff - all extremely welcoming, friendly and ready to assist with any needs. We especially want to recognize Kierra, who made the evening wine reception so fun by chatting with us.

Directly across the street from the Inn a large building is being built, which partially obstructs what I imagine would have previously been a spectacular view of the harbor. However, we nonetheless had a view of the harbor from our room which was special.

Excellent facilities one of the best places I have ever stayed. Excellent walking to park, waterfront, and restaurants.

The location is perfect. Free bikes are available. Valet service helped a lot. Happy hour with cheese and wine, and night snaks are available for free.

Breakfast time has to be booked in advance, which is not suitable at all for those who are there for vacations, and need freedon to chose time to get up and have breakfast.

unfortunately they are building a new hotel directly in front of the hotel. therefore the harbour view has been compromised for some rooms.

Loved being able to sit in my robe w a hot cup of tea and light breakfast to plan the day. Tea drinkers will be pleased to know the water arrives in a stainless steel carafe and it is HOT!

By day 4 we were a bit tired of the same daily menu

The location is convenient to restaurants

Two days before booking I get a call saying there is construction outside of the hotel. Two days doesn’t leave you with much notice to change hotels. I booked the room for a view which was blocked by construction. The glasses in the room were filthy and the beds were so soft that it was difficult to move.

What an amazing week end ! I don’t know where to start . First of all THE TEAM everybody front desk,Doorman,cleaning team … they were all nice , smiley and make sure my mum my girlfriend and I have a nice stay . The room are huge,clean with everything you need. You have a delicious breakfast include and you can choose to enjoy it on the lobby by the fire place , in your room or the rooftop! The view of the rooftop is just amazing. And the General Manager himself came to us to make sure everything was pleasant during our stay Honestly i recommend this place 200%. Thank you again!!
