The only thing I like about this property is the security guy. He is very nice and helpful.

The property is very old and requires a lot of maintenance. The doors and the windows are not soundproof. You can listen to the conversation going on in the next room. No TV is available in the room. Extremely disappointed with this property.

Still a lovely little gem (first stayed here 40 years ago). Great location, lush grounds, very comfortable rooms, and nice staff. No need to spend money on fancier places; this simple, sweet hotel dies the trick.

it wasn’t the property but this dad yelling at his children all night long. if security wasn’t irritated from us checking in at 6p then it would have been fine. no jacuzzi. not the properties fault but just awful terrible people would’ve called the cops anywhere else.

nice location and simple breakfast is provided. the beach is just next to the hotel.

The bed was amazing. The sleeper sofa not so comfortable. Don't let that stop you...just get 2 beds!!

Hotel is fabulous! Rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is well maintained with green areas and easy access to the beach. BBQ area is nice (we didn't use it so cant comment on functionality). Parking at the property and relatively easy to find. The beach is probably one of the best in Maui.

Breakfast is just poor we didn't even bother to have it there. Nice small kitchen but no oven/hob to cook. No TV in the room Only one restaurant at walking distance (it belongs to the hotel next door, note that the restaurant is expensive!!!) No bar/restaurant at hotel Location on one side is nice as it reserved and at a nice beach but you will need a car to even go to the nearest shop/restaurant

Loved the location. Liked the kitchenette. Security staff was very nice

No services after 5. No towel exchange after 5 Only 2 towels a day. They said daily room service but they did not. When I came back to take a shower after 5 they had not come exchange towels and could not exchange towels.

The hotel has a nice beach and the rooms have everything you need. It is near Napili shops, which is very convenient.

We would've liked a restaurant inside the hotel. It should have a snorkel rental closer to the beach.

Everything was great! Loved the fruit and coffee in the morning! Staff was very kind and accommodating. Grounds were beautiful and very well kept! I will be back…. We loved it there!

The location was amazing, right on a beautiful beach. One restaurant nearby, not great and pricey but good for a dinner close by. Also a lunch place close by on the opposite side called gazebo which had good pancakes but long queue for a table. Near enough to kaanapali, about 15 min by car. Coffee machine in the room was a plus

For the price we paid I would have expected a nicer room. It wasn't cleaned properly, with some crumbs left behind on the kitchenette counter and a rag left in the bathroom corner. The cups we used to drink coffee in the morning were never cleaned by housekeeping. The complimentary breakfast (or snacks) was very basic and varied depending on what time in the morning you went. Walls are very thin, we could always hear our neighbors.
