Lovely restored historic inn, beautiful comfortable room, facilities modernized but kept consistent with historic style. Gracious, welcoming and informative hosts. Within a few blocks of Water Street, the downtown on the bay - with shops and restaurants overlooking the water. Town itself is charming with consistent colonial era architecture throughout. Neighborhoods are also lovely for walking including the lighthouse. Fabulous restaurants and cafes.

Location was fantastic! We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go! Beds were comfortable! Room had everything we needed! Staff was friendly! Beautiful outdoor deck with seating!

centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, sights and shops. The room is spacious and quiet. The wireless phone chargers are a nice touch and the wifi is excellent.
The room is on the 2nd floor with a fairly steep staircase that maybe difficult for some.

The building is beautiful and in a great location. Rooms are spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had all you could hope for.

The young owners are obviously working very hard to provide an excellent bed and breakfast. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming. Owner was very accommodating.
The property is in an older building, so the exterior is a bit rough, but the owners have added many tasteful touches to the interior.

Comfortable bed and on suite bathroom was wonderful. The owners were very nice and sweet. Rooms were quiet as we couldn't really hear noise from other rooms. Also breakfast was delicious.
To no fault of their own, restaurants in the town closed very early if they were even open at all. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the rest of the property.

It was a historic property with lots of charm. the rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable and had been recently updated, The hosts were wonderful and immediately made us feel at home.
The breakfast was good but a little boring. would have preferred a little more variety.
