Nothing was perfect

The hotel is very clean, nicely updated, and modern. The staff was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with this hotel Great breakfast! Nice pool area! Comfortable room!

The only objective criticism I have is that there weren't enough channel options or movie channels. The remote will not allow you to view movie channels even though it said "press select to view movies." And there is no guide channel, so you are stuck switching to each channel to find something to watch. But that is a minor issue!!

I thought the rooms were clean, comfortable & staff was very friendly. The Mexican food looked delicious, had I known they served food there I would not have eaten prior. Also, the website says continental breakfast, but if was a full hot buffet of breakfast served.

The refrigerator was not working properly is my only complaint. I would definitely stay there again.

Bed and floors aren’t clean. Manager very much useless..! Met the Manager, expressed concern about the cleanliness, soap dispensers were empty, gave him my room number in the morning, came back in the evening. Nothing was done. The same.

The front desk is not helpful at all and very dishonest. I called to let them know that I had left my ring on the bathroom sink. the lady that answered the phone asked for mg phone number and she she would call me back. More than 30 mins passed and I had not received a call. I had to drive back to the hotel, when I told the front desk that I wanted to get my ring from the room. The front desk lady said that the cleaning people had told her that there was no ring. she also stated that she tried contacting back but that was a lie I had no miss calls form the hotel. I asked what number she was calling and she read the number to me. The number was correct so she lied and never called me back. I insisted to let me back into the room and my ring was where I had left it. If I didn’t come back to the hotel my ring would of been gone. All because of the dishonesty of the staff. They should be a shamed.
