Location, Price and room size. We were 4 people and had enough space. I guess it's normally used as student dormitory, so it's very simple. Not exactly kids friendly, but as expected.

Generally nothing to complain. Just a small note: It had a small kitchen, but nothing was really there (e.g. utensils, cups, plates...). We asked for a kettle and could get it from reception.

It is a student home which is renting out some floors to tourist. Really bad condition, nothing arround to eat or a good bar. Avoid!

The location was a little away from Downtown but close to public transport. The staff were polite, it had everything we needed for our stay.

It was very nice to be able to walk around and not have to worry about anybody harming us, as in like crazy people and the homeless

The carpet smell like stinky feet like the last student that was in there had really bad stinky feet. That’s what the carpet smelt like so I bought for breeze and I sprayed the carpet so we didn’t have to smell it anymore.

The location was decent and close to a tram.

it was advertised as a hotel which it is not. the room/bathroom was extremely dirty with urine, old food, etc. it is NOT a kitchenette - no utensils, mugs, dishes, etc. very small double beds - not Queen and insufficient bedding, toilet paper, etc. really disappointed

We had a 2 bedroom appt equipped with a mini kitchenette. It was very clean, comfortable, affordable, staff extremely helpful (had a large secure room to store our bags all day prior to check in and even after check out)! There is a delicious coffee shop attached (via outside) called the Dark Horse and a health food place with amazing smoothies (Fuel) for breakfast only 2 min walk away! It is just beyond the hustle and bustle on the streets so quieter and 5 mins to a cute cobblestone area called Distillery District where there are lots of things to check out (art, shops, gelato, craft beer, live music, etc).

Ice machine and laundry room located at level 2. Had to get the laundry card from reception and top it up before using. Rooms were clean and spacious. Garage located at the basement but payable.

We spent 3 nights at Residence & Conference Centre. The facility was clean and the staff very polite. It is very well located not far from the distillery and St Laurence Market. I highly recommend it to families.

Close to the tram to bring you to downtown! Safe area with coffee/restaurants around. Also very clean and great price.

Not like a hotel or Airbnb—but not a big deal.
