Staff was wonderful. There were 5 of us in our party, and there was a larger room available. without charging us or telling us, our room was upgraded to a super nice suite. There was also complimentary snacks and drinks the evening of our stay. It was very nice.

Made to order omelets at Embassy Suites were good.

Digital key didn’t work so had to traipse all the way to Embassy Suites front desk to get a physical key. Room had dirty glasses outside the door. Hook missing off bathroom door. Living room TV didn’t work. Non dairy creamer in kitchen was old and rock solid. $7/night parking fee. No one at front desk.

The location near all the food, some within walking distances which was great!

The beds were horrible, springs with what felt like no padding. The carpets had stains and the curtains where the beds were were so old the plastic backing came off and had spots when the light shined through. The absolute worst of all is that you charge $7.00 to park our car in the lot. After I paid for a room, that’s insanity. We had 2 cars so we had to pay $14 to park our cars in the hotel lot. I have never in my life had to do this, it’s one thing to charge the fee but then to see the lot with trash everywhere was even more irritating. A rip off and I will never use this hotel location again because of it. This was a stopping point to our final vacation destination and will look at another facility in the future.

The wifi isn't great and often cuts out. For a long term stay, house keeping was hard to get when needed.

Clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff and a nice breakfast. Close (walking distance) to good eateries and a short drive to shopping. We were a little concerned being so close to the airport but the noise from air traffic was not even an issue. All in all a pleasant experience.

The ONLY thing was the water. A little hard for me. Not really a big deal. We would definitely stay again.

I wanted some 🥓. Sausage was good occasionally but not daily.

Television channels. Larger trash cans outside the elevator and back door. Trash removed more frequently. The signs of neglect and age of the building at the side door. You have some of the best staff I have ever encountered. As a group, I have no complaints about any of them...receptionists, cafeteria, housekeepers... Excellent!
