Small parking lot not enough spaces, if the hotel is full I guess no way you can park there, the first person who attends us in the reception (morning shift) it was rude !! When we check out the person was nice and friendly

Very friendly staff. Clean hallways and clean room. Value for the money was fantastic.

The door to our bathroom was the sliding barn-style door, which was not good at all. No latch, no lock, and 1-2” of open air gap on all sides of the door even when closed. Felt like using a public restroom, which wasn’t enjoyable at all when a family of 4 is staying in the same room.

The location is convenient: just a short walk to the Pasadena Convention Center and the Historic Quarter. The staff is fantastic. They are ready to solve any issue with a smile. The air conditioner keeps the room fresh, despite the external high temperatures. The smoking point is conveniently located.

Nothing to report. I had an excellent stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was good, the room was extremely clean and had been recently renovated. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and I received extra pillows (there were four on each bed, and I requested four more). I have a bad back and neck, but with the added pillows (the pillows were all great because they didn't mash down too much) and the good mattress, I slept more comfortably at the Rose & Crown than I've ever slept when away from home. My husband felt the same. We were very satisfied and we will book the Rose and Crown when visiting near Pasadena again.

Amazing place to stay. Rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy.

Could have been a little quieter and better insulated from the street noise outside. It’s not in a busy part of town though, so the noise is still minimal.

The door didn't have the weatherproof seal so light, sound and potential for bugs affected the rroom

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was large and clean, I appreciated the free breakfast, and coffee and water were available all day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location felt safe for a solo traveller and there was food options nearby. I would stay here again if visiting Pasadena!

Friendly receptionist Fast, No-Hassle check-in Rooms are clean, quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. And the "cherry on top" is their breakfast! Delicious 😋

Gorgeous room (comfortable and clean.) Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

We were allowed to check in a bit early and there was an elevator to our 3rd floor room. The room was reasonably quiet once the children on our hall went to sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood nearby was lovely to walk in. Restaurants were typical for a college community which is to say good but not too expensive or elegant.

I seem to recall that the breakfast could have been better.

The staff was very nice everything was very clean the room was very nice breakfast was unexpected but very good.

I wasn't anything I didn't really like that could be changed parking was a bit difficult but not a deal breaker.
