Pet friendly per Wyndham policy~but obvious that management was not thrilled with idea. I felt “watched like a hawk” by management due to pets.

Way overpriced for motel 8. It was UW-Madison’s graduation weekend and we paid double normal rate just to see our grandaughter graduate.Also felt, though Wyndham has helped upgrade some furnishings~it does not meet the standard of price we paid.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. We had everything we needed for a one night stay. Price was reasonable. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The furniture (other than the bed which was fine) was a bit run down with stains on the chair. We did not have a smoke detector. We could smell smoke at times from cigarettes and marijuana.

Hot tub did work.

Worst breakfast I've had. Heat control quit working. Room over-heated, even when set as low as possible.

Good location. Nice staff.

The property is showing it’s age and suffering from neglect. The exercise room has become a storage area and the swimming pool is starting to decay.

Fluctuation on pricing beyond a 1 night stay. I stayed 3 weeks. Price fluctuates from $62++ to $88++ I was told the increase in pricing was due to events(wrestling tournament and dog show)

its a decent hotel for the price they are working on renovating some of it.

The staff was horrible. Completely ignored us. I came to the desk and said i would like to check in he didn’t even acknowledge i was there and just walked away and went in a hotel room. we then rang the bell. called the number listed nothing!!! they were other people waiting with us as well. after 20 mins he came back and just checked us in like nothing was wrong.

Location is good close drive to a lot of places

There was a random bread crust on the floor, cigarette burn on the sheets, random bug in bathroom crawling across the sink

it was the closest hotel to where I was going!

it was under renovation and remodeling supplies all over the place and wasn’t the cleanest facility!

The smoke detector did not have a battery and there was mold on the ceiling and wall over the shower.

The location from the hospital

We had to switch rooms 3 times due to different reasons and then the third room after moving all my bags once again had dirty mens underwear in the room and they had housekeeping come and remove them and also the hotel receptionist was extremely rude.. I would never stay here again

Breakfast was poor, location is far away from downtown, so if you are without a car it is very hard and takes a lot of time to get to the center. We rented bikes, and it solved the location problem. The room was very small, we were working remotely, thus we needed to go somewhere else to work.
