easy access from airport

3 Rooms were rented. Two were dirty. There was a roach in one refridgerator Dirty sheets etc. in another. The staff was unable to find a clean room in a reasonable length of time and then when they did there were hairs on the sheets. The staff attempted to put one family member in a room where a man was already staying, much to his suprise. All of this after a long flight. We were disregarded by the staff. The manager never contacted us. We were disregarded by the staff. The manager never contacted us. I am disapointed in the hotel and Bookings. Reimbursement is in order.

Its proximity to the airport and round the clock shuttle service to SFO.

For the price the hotel felt extremely out dated and lacking in amenities.

Restaurant not good. In the end we have to walk quite a distance for our meals.

Close to airport, I would not rely on the shuttle. I saw a lot of people waiting. Just take an Uber. It was close to downtown, which was cute. Just walk across the bridge. The building is a bit dated. I would suggest staying in a room facing east. It has a better view. Stay on a high floor. There is a pleasant walk along the Bay.

Breakfast was not included unless you are a loyalty member. It cost $20. I had to change rooms because the first room was not in a good location. However, I was able to change quickly. The elevators are slow and the printer in the business center doesn't work. If you need to print something, the front desk will help.

Beds were comfy

Front desk agent RUDE, NO customer service whatsoever and was on her phone while checking us in. My 10 year old even commented on how rude she was.

The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were pretty good. The room was clean but smelled of sewer. I stay here at the crown plaza a lot and room 316 is smelly like the bathroom has a sewer smell that stinks up the entire room.

The first time I walked into the room it smelled like sewer and was a sickening smell. The bathroom smelled like the toilet was dirty but I think it was the sewer smell.

Had to pay extra for parking.

The pool was closed

It was convenient to SFO. We use the park and shuttle feature for our trips. We usually don’t spend a night and only did so this time because of a long late flight.

On the website it stated that their bar and restaurant was closed. Inconvenient. When I’m fact it was indeed open.

It was just what I needed to cover the basics. Staff was friendly and it was easy for my weekend trip.

The rooms seem outdated in style.
