The room was very clean and had a very nice smell fresh. Love the wood floors in the room. The air was very good, nice and cold. The pool was clean. The hallway was nice and clean. The rooms were smaller than I expected. Other than that It was quite I had a very nice stay.
The fact that they ask you to sign a form, telling you what you'll have to pay is anything missing. Like towels, wash cloth, pillow case, sheets, clock, and TV remote Etc. I had no problem signing it, but how do you know what's in the room and you haven't been in there. So I requested that someone do a walk through with me. And sure enough. There was a towel missing and a wash cloth. So I feel that it needs to be another approach to this situation. Other than that, it was a great stay. Oh yeah, the fact they don't clean the rooms every day if you stay more than 1 night. The young lady behind the desk said every 3 days. Wow.

location. There were a lot of stores and restaurants around the area.
The bathroom although it was clean, it had mildew all around the corners of the tub. the hair dryer, did not work. The TV didn’t have batteries on the remote control.

It no longer smelled like old mildew building
The furniture decor could be updated even though the bed was so comfortable
And I didn’t like that the phone had a shortage in the handset cord in room 221

Dirt, dust on tables, bathroom wasn’t clean… shower was leaking… ac didn’t work.
Thin walls, drug activity, fight in hallway.. didn’t feel safe

Everytime I would leave.the room. They would go in there and go threw my stuff..NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!!!

Location was ok for my plans.
All my friends had roaches in their rooms. I had no bugs but the floor was dirty bathroom need update. lights were terrible. Mattress was hard and pillows were wore out. It felt dirty then ice machine was broke. My room key kept expiring and I had to keep going back to desk for it to be fixed. I stayed 4 pms but never again it was stinky I had to spray my perfume to be able to go to sleep.
