The hotel is spacious and the location is very convenient. There was plenty of free parking spaces. The beds were comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was easy to find.
The hotel shows its age in many aspects. The carpets have a lot of stains and smell old. The bath tub has seen a lot of bathing. The shower valve would not switch between the shower and the running water from the faucet. Overall the property didn't look very kept up.

The hotel was quite lovely. Friendly staff, great location!!
Only complaint was the feather bedding and pillows. The stuffing was flying all over the place. Made it a difficult nights sleep.

We booked a room on this site and when we arrived they said they had no rooms avail. Why would I receive a confirmation if there were no rooms available? It was 1:00 in the am and we wasted 60.00 on an Uber ride!! Can we get reimbursed for our ride? The hotel was disgusting!!! There were bugs on the carpet as soon as we walked in and when we sat in the lobby trying to figure out where to find a room avail there were bugs on the furniture and area rug! This property should be removed from your site!

The tub was all rusted out, the sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain at all, the facial mirror in bathroom wasn’t attached to wall correct.

The hotel was right off the highway so easy to find.
Staff was excellent. I had lost my keys in the restaurant and the waiter saved them for me. My whole trip would have been ruined if not for his quick thinking giving them to the front desk. The food was excellent also so we ate there several times.
The only thing I would have liked is a microwave in the room. I bought popcorn to have a movie and popcorn date with my husband in the room but no microwave.
We stayed 4 nights so that would have been nice to warm up our leftovers also.

Breakfast what breakfast!!! You have to pay for breakfast here at other hotels 🏨 that I stay at for the past year and 9 months every other month it’s complementary breakfast, I also pay less for the room and comfortable accommodations also … You’ll charge more and we get less ., Like my review says If this is more of the better things in life ℹ rather stay with my the mid’s…

liked the food except Starbucks needed to be better supplied with their products, it was ok but wouldn't stay again.

Overall everything was good, facilities decent shape, cleaning decent, staff ok
We reserved a King bed room, and at time of arrival they change our room for a two queen, probably a huge priority guest, I think. Bar tender guy was un polite, and tge other one had to take over and he was very nice

The view and bulding
I got charged more than the booking.com price plus they chatged me another 50 on top of that 😠 plus the person working the shift during that time was rude. Will not be going again .. also no microwave in rooms

They had absolutely no customer service. There was supposed to be valet parking, but there was no one to help with that when it was time to check in the person behind the counter made it seem like it was an inconvenience when it was time to check out it was the same issue they were very rude. The beds were not comfortable at all. The phone and clock in the room didn’t work. The outlets were in horrible places. Also when we called down to the front desk using our own personal phone the wait was horrible and when we were trying to let them know something was wrong they told us we would have to wait tell morning to get it taken care of and it was only 11:15 pm.

the bed was about the only thing clean! The bar was nice but not as nice as it looks in the pictures. the bartenders were top notch !
the toilet and bathroom faucet both leaked in our room. the bathtub was dirty and rusted . the vanity was cracked . the ice machine was broke. the carpets in the rooms are dirty. the hotel was full from a wedding or I would’ve demanded a different room. will not stay here again!

I loved everything about my stay! The bed was comfy, the front desk staff were exceptional, my room was clean, spacious and smelt great! Will definitely be back!!

The wifi and parking are included. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and efficient.
The hotel is very old, the elevators was not working well, the carpet was dirty, there was a bad smell in the hotel, the staff was not friendly, the housekeeping didn’t clean my room. The A/C was not working, the sofa in the rooms was very old and dirty. They change me to another room and was almost in the same conditions. Very old.
