Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer, alles sehr gepflegt. Schön hell, was in Amerika oft nicht der Fall ist. Insbesondere das Personal beim Frühstück war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Leckeres Omelette zum Frühstück.

Dinner and breakfast was excellent. Kitchen staff was great.

Not a thing, everything was fine.

- Staff can be friendly or unfriendly, sincere or insincere, depending on who and what time you talk to them - Breakfast variety- pineapples and honey dews for fruits seven days in a row; OK omelet though freshly made; $24/per person if breakfast is not included in your room rate - $75 "snack fee" charged in advance to my credit card when I checked in for snacks I "might buy" from their snack stand; took the credit card company two weeks to refund me

Great room, bed was comfortable. It was a great location for me and my plans.

The conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. Which was frustrating.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Quiet.

Carpets were not vacuumed & seemed unclean in the elevators especially. I think it is tacky that upon check-in we were handed a piece of paper by the person who was checking us in and asked to rate her. Awkward and inappropriate.
