Excellent location for Disney World and Universal Studios. Large clean accommodation. Well equipped and felt like home away from home. You are left alone which is good.

Condo door locked us out the minute after our check out time making our bags inaccessible. maintenance had to come and unlock the door which was frustrating.

charged $20 to rent a basketball and get $10 back with return. think this should be complimentary and charge the room if not returned.

Terrible service. The day before I left the hotel I've requested late check out for 4pm, and nobody answered my message. At the check out (4pm) they charged me 1 full day rate. Very bad service.

The facility and grounds were well kept. I like the location and access to area. The hostess at the front desk was Awesome!

Air was broke. Room stayed hot.

Close to all the theme parks. The room was large with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Large kitchen with all the dishes you needed. Brought us an ice maker after one day when the one in the refrigerator was not working.

The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The on site repairman tried to fix it but they had to order parts. We were told to buy ice and they would reimburse us. The dryer took forever to dry any towels or clothes. Wish we could have set the AC a little cooler.

Location was very close to Universal with easy access. Grocery and restaurants close by. Gated access (although we witnessed cars piggybacking without entering the gate code).

Unit needed some refurbishment. We travel with a dog, so I expect a pet friendly unit to have a stain or two, but our carpets were well past their prime. Kitchen utensils were lacking IMO; No pasta pot or baking sheet. Some light bulbs were out in the unit.

The room was not cleaned good at all. Very disappointed. I Think I should have received some kind of refund. I found food and dirt In the sofa. Under the sofa. So much dirt and dust under the beds. Spider webs between bed and wall . Spider weds in the lamp. Baby spinders on the night stand. . Not a good look at all. I was recommended to stay. I am not sure if I would..I was offered to have the room cleaned on Wednesday.i was leaving on Thursday made no sense. Thank you Tammy Mozell

Very large and comfortable suite for me and my family. Everything was quite clean.

The only thing I would have liked it a complimentary box of facial tissues for the bathrooms.

The apartment was spacious.

There was a bag of dirty smelly clothes left on the kitchen table. The suite bathroom was clogged. There was garbage under the bed. The living room TV did not work. And I requested a crib for my 3 month old baby and it was not in our apartment.

The room we were in needs to be updated.

The air intermittently worked while we were there. we would leave and it be working and return back to unit and it would be 77 degrees in the room.
