It was very well lit, and I felt like the parking lot was very secure

It was very well lit, and our blinds on our room window would not close, so there was a constant light that could not be blocked into our room at night on our bed. You have to sleep with your head at the opposite end of the bed to not have the light in your eyes while you’re sleeping..

Did not see any breakfast. Shuttle for airport left without us! Suppose to leave at 6:30 AM. We got to door at 6:24 it had left and they had our name! Girl at checkin, not apologetic and said next one in 45 min.Kind of rude uncaring attitude! We checked our car in the night before which was across street because of the hotel shuttle!

Shuttle shouldn’t leave earlier then time told to us! Especially when hotel took our name when we checked in for the 6:30am shuttle. We had to walk to car rental and get on their shuttle, no time to wait for a taxi or Uber. If we had been late getting to door it’s different story, but we were there on time! Shuttle left early.

At 8.20 AM, there was NO more breakfast, although breakfast time is until 9 AM. After showing my unhappiness, the receptionist got some stuff out of the kitchen for me and another' person, all still frozen. This is my 3rd stay where there was a problem with obtaining breafast, although included in the price. I have sent a note about this to the manager, but nothing changes!!

We were told when checking in, that breakfast would be in the bar area. We had dinner there that evening. In the morning that area was a black hole, when we asked, we were told that there would be NO breakfast ….. No explanation either. There were 2 bath towels, one hand towel, one wash cloth. For 2 people on the reservation. Not even giving you the number of towels that you need while you check in. And then the sign on the table in the room, with all the rates of what you will be charged for, in case of missing towels, coffeemaker and the like…, very welcoming to say the least.
