It was a beautiful property, well kept and in a great location! The bed was amazing!

Das Schwimmbad war gut, allerdings war der Biden sehr dreckig und das Wasser des Hauptbeckens zu kalt.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig, das Bad benötigte eine Grundreinigung. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice nach 9pm mehr und das Restaurant hatte zu. Auch mit dem Hinweis, dass unsere Kinder hungrig seien, konnte keine Lösung / kein Essen, nicht mal Pommes oder ein trockenes Toast angeboten werden. Mussten dann überteure Cookies und Chips aus dem Verkaufsraum kaufen. Im Schwimmbad lagen überall Haare auf dem Boden.

Location near where we needed it. King bed was comfortable.

TV didn't work, called front desk to see if there was a trick to it and he said no, it doesn't work. Also told him bathroom sink plug wouldn't stay up so sink backed up. And the shower drain was plugged so water would go above your ankles. Had to shut off shower to soap up and then rinse quick. He said he would make a note. He was not helpful and seemed bothered. At checkout next morning. Lady at front desk was sympathetic but didn't offer anything to remedy the situation. Price of room was definitely not worth what we got.

I honestly didn’t like much except for the location

This place needs a major update. The staff is rude. I ordered dessert and we got melted ice cream and a burnt cookie. I wish I never stayed here over priced. I stay at hundreds of hotels are here. This is definitely the worst definitely needs an update. The rooms are garbage the view is garbage even though it says beautiful view and you have to share a deck with everyone like I don’t want people coming on my balcony definitely not worth the money I would recommend looking elsewhere

Snake River is perfectly situated in Teton Village for easy access to the mountain and restaurants in the area. Snake Rivers spa was absolutely lovely - we enjoyed a couples massage (the spa facility was exceptionally clean!). Gamefish doesn’t have a terrific review of its food for some reason, yet, our lunch and dinner there were good. Service was relatively quick, given the hotel & restaurants (like most others in Jackson and Teton) are struggling with limited staff (it’s not only a result of tourism recovering from CoVid but Jackson is experiencing heavy tourism so early in their summer season bc everyone wants to get out and about!). So take a breath, remember you are on vacation and have a little patience. A big shout out to Kylie in concierge - if you need help with any excursions, bike rentals, etc., she is awesome and very knowledgeable! Mike, our safari guide, was also terrific!

The lack of staff is absolutely affecting the service of the rooms, which is a real shame. Every day, something was not replaced (whether it was a bath mat, a new Kleenex box, replacement tp roll, even washcloths). If our room was vacuumed once in the 8 days we were there, that was a lot. Hopefully, service will improve as more staff is rehired.

A 15 minute wait for staff to show up to check us in. King room has large, extremely heavy coffee table impossible to get out of the way. Tv didn’t work and shower in nice bathroom didn’t drain well. Couldn’t get dinner there first night at 8 because of groups. Parking across street; not accessible to room.
