room was ok. Had to take an uber every where which was so costly. Manager had told us when we called to ask about transportation there was transportation just a block away for New York and met stadium. Could never find this bus.

There were cicada beetles EVERYWHERE. I do not remember ever seeing that many cicadas in the entire world. My room was mostly clean, except the bathroom had mold in it.

Staff was rude! Room was dirty! Ended up leaving as the room was dirty and staff just left me in the dirty room and never came back to resolve the issue. If you want to stay in a place that doesn't clean your room and steal your money, this is the place to stay otherwise save your money and go somewhere else. Booking.com did nothing to help. Wanted me to stay in this dirty room while they waited for a 24 hour response from the property manager. It is pass the 24 hours and booking.com still has not responded.

Excellent location, very close to NYC for a morning commute into the city. Bed was very comfortable, fresh linens and towels. We will book it again the future.

I booked here due to the affordability of the rooms in comparison to the other local hotels. Was trying to find something close to the American Dream since that was the purpose of our trip, which worked out great only being 5 mins away.

Apparently, I'm 1 of the only people on the planet that didn't realize Super 8 Hotels are considered lower end, especially in comparison to what I'm used to. The room was affordable but, not completely cheap so I assumed it wouldn't be horrible, which it wasn't but, still much lower quality. Room smelled like foot.. like BAD! Bathroom missing light covers & also found some stray hairs on sink & shower. I wouldn't book here again.

No hot water, no coffee in room, no tissues in room. No help from staff. Asked for refund, was told owner was out of country. Other angry guests in office with us.

Easy access to Bus stop, but doesn't worth it. Do not stay here! Nothing else.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. It's unacceptable to have blood stains on the toilet seat, the sink and fridge was dirty, and the furniture was dusty. Despite our repeated requests for room service, the room was never cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights, and on the last day we tried once more to get the room cleaned, but we were informed that the cleaning service was not possible due to a staff shortage, which is unacceptable in a hotel. We paid for a clean and comfortable stay, and we did not receive it. (the pictures are not good because we took them after we started cleaning by ourselves)
