Staff was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Had issue with TV and the front office staff came right away to try to fix and when unable to solve contacted the manager who came right away and resolved the issue. Room was cleaned every day.
The internet service was very, very slow. Also there was no information in the room on how to contact the front desk if needed.

Shady people hanging around and there’s not enough insulation in the walls. I could hear the neighbors conversation clear as day.

The location and price were good.
Hair dryer didn’t work. Only non dairy protein at breakfast was boiled eggs… yuk!

very well maintained. Front desk staff was wonderful. very friendly and attentive. the room was perfect. the only complaint I have is the people in the room to the right of mine tried to open the locked adjoining door. turning the door knob loudly and pulling on the door. i was just about to call front desk because it frightened me but they stopped and at that point I didn’t want any problems with them. i worked very hard and 13 hrs loading a moving truck I just wanted a shower, food and sleep.
