I didn’t like how they cancel my reservations! I booked 2 rooms with them . They left a voicemail saying I had til 2pm to call them and give them a credit card number. I was working so I couldn’t call til 12:30pm. And they lied about me calling at 2pm, because they end up cancelled my reservations at 12:00pm.!!!!! I would never book here again!!!

The room size
Right away the shower handle was leaking water, there was no hot water, and leaked a pool of water from pipes from closet into the other room. There was no Kleenex around, room service came at like 6p which was odd to me. All the employees were very hard to understand with the thick accents. Right outside the window of our room was the drive thru of a Culver’s…. Very romantic NOT. I felt like people could see me right as they order their food from their car. The property refused to give me a refund or a new room. When talked to about the leak and water issue it was resolved but they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. You can’t tell me they had no idea their bathroom was a hot mess before we came. I will never stay at another AmericInn ever again in my life. And quite frankly I’m shocked booking would even advertise this facility. 0 stars in my opinion.

The toilet flooded the bathroom, I told the front desk and they said management would reach out. I finally got contacted and they said that the room was fine and I was making this up.

Location was great. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was pretty good- could have been a little more variety but it filled our bellies before the day’s adventures.

The shower was old and gross. The pool area is out dated and gross. The staff was nice but slow to get to the front desk.

Water slide.
Toilet clogged from previous tenant. Called and was told I had to come down and get a plunger from the front desk and do it myself or wait for maintenance the next day. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Place didn’t feel clean, gave me the ick. Parking was scarce, had to park a block away at another business.

The reason we choose this place is for the water slide. It was my son’s birthday and we didn’t want to go somewhere super crowded. So he had a lot of fun.
Though our rooms were close together which was amazing. The shower curtain bar was messed up. The fridge had duct tape as a shelf and the comforter on one of the beds had a stain on it. My girls had to go ask for an extra blanket.

I liked the time that we stayed couple weeks ago.
The manager kept my deposit for different reasons that he kept making up and lying about as the story unfolded. I will never stay at an americinn again ever. I will never recommend to anyone to stay there. And I will talk very badly about my experience to everyone I come in contact with. I hope that 100 dollars is worth every loss that you will have coming in your future! Spend it well!

Our tv was broken. Not that anyone on staff was at fault. But there was no extras. So time in our room was pretty dull. No complaints otherwise

We had a horrible experience, however Ginsh at the front desk ended up being a great help. He went out of his way to contact his manager to make the compensation right.
Thank god we lived close enough to drive home, the entire experience was horrible. From walking into the hotel the floors were dirty with food, when we got into our room we noticed the walls were literally falling apart, the shower emergency panel was half off the shower, the bathroom ceiling was leaking all over and flooding the entire bathroom. The bed sheets were dirty, there was breakfast sausage in the bed, there was someone's left over ham in the fridge, and food all over the floor. When we were leaving the ceiling outside our bathroom had fallen due to water damage.
All in all, I hope the hotel didn't end up with a major water issue but check on your rooms a little better.

The breakfast was not 5 star but was clean and delicious for the kids and adults. I think they have new owners and do miss the old owners but the new staff is welling to help with any questions or concerns we had and resolved them quickly 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼

not really anything found a lot of hair in the tub and chips crumbs on the floor next to the couch in the sitting room I mean for a Deluxe Suite you would think they would take better care of the room even told the front desk that we saw hair in the tub and would like it re cleaned and they didn’t do a thing about it
everything cleanliness facilities fireplace didn’t work. Almost everything there did not work. You tell me if you’d wanna stay here again.

Very friendly staff at all times. Appearance over all was clean and welcoming. They were in process of remolding the outside. The sauna was amazing! water slide was fun for kids!
Could use interior updates such as beds, bedding, pillows. Their hot tub was warm better off taking a shower or bath in your room.

ac/heater unit was freezing up and dropping ice on for and dropping water so whole floor on side of bed wet— fireplace didn’t work- only offered $20 off room stay that coat me over $300 for the ‘king suite’

The room had a hole busted into the door, everything in the room was of barely decent- if not bad quality...
The toilet stopped working at one point, it had gotten clogged and there was no plunger available in the room to fix it! When we called staff from our room to get it taken care of- they had told us that we shouldn't have flushed any toilet paper, then they gave us a small garbage bag to toss used toilet paper into🤢🤮
...it was disgusting.
I could've just gone to a local motel and get the same quality and experience for cheaper tbh(I feel that I had wasted money that could've been better used towards our trip expenses)

The amount of shampoo was not enough for our family- especially since you've gone to ketchup style containers- they didn't even cover the shampooing one head in our family. Additionally there wasn't any conditioner and towels seemed really small as well as the supply of towels was minimal.

This was located in a great location, perfect for renaissance fest. The hotel is pet friendly, which was amazing for our situation. The front-of-house was very gracious to give us a ground-floor room so that our dog could go outside easier.
It's definitely an older hotel. I wouldn't have minded that so much, but the tv stand was actually broken from what looked like water damage, which was weird. No bedbugs though, I checked. Older fridge, microwave, shower...generally could use some updating.

The breakfast was alright. Scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes that had items added to them. I made a waffle. There was cereal, breads for toast. Oranges and bananas.
I wanted to check in before 3 but my room was not cleaned. They took their time at getting the room cleaned. It took until 3:05 to check in. When I made the reservation I said I would like to check in early. They don't even look at requests. I was there at 1:30. So they didn't even try to accommodate me to check in early.

We thought the slide in the pool was neat.
Our room was not very clean. Empty used water bottle in the refrigerator. Hairs in bathroom. The tub spout was about to fall off. Coffee maker did not work. Towels were ripped and tattered. Ceiling paint was all bubbled and ready to fall off. Beds were less then comparable
