Bardzo blisko sklepów , KFC za hotelem dosłownie , po drugiej stronie ulicy McDonlads , Waffle House . Blisko również Aldi , Starbucks . Blisko najważniejszej atrakcji na Florydzie - Kennedy Space Center 20 minut autem .

Bardzo stary hotel , dużo rdzy i zapachu pleśni . Recepcja i korytarze bardzo brzydko pachną pleśnią , na korytarzach jakieś śmietniki otwarte , szafy bez szuflad ? Pokoje ogólnie niby czyste ale jak się dłużej posiedzi widać liczne plamy na wykładzinie , toaleta zakamieniona , tłuste lampki nocne - jakby nigdy nie myte ?

We could hear everything from outside the bedroom door.

It was bad. The smell and the whole room was dirty and not sanitary.

Smelled terrible. Carpet in room absolutely disgusting and smelled terrible. Couldn’t stay there. And have not been able to get a refund

We had to wait for the room to be "cleaned". Were not able to check in on time. The room has no phone. Only antenna TV with 3 channels.The room was filthy. I slipped on liquid that leaked from the AC, causing me to hit my face on the window sill. This forced my tooth through my lip. When I informed the manager of the incident, I was humiliated with accusations of hosting a party and being loud. This was due to the fact we had ordered food at 4am. I was told I was trying to get something for free and my injury is not his problem.

The availability and the relative proximity to MCO. My room was in good shape. The water was plenty hot. Everything I needed worked. It is in a good location for no-frills people.

Swipe cards didn’t work at all entrances. Some entrance doors not locked.

Price was good

Room key didn't work. Maintenance let me in and there were Maintenance supplies still in room that they had to hurry and grab.. sketchy area and wouldn't have felt comfortable with my wife staying there.

Was told to leave property and did have reservations which company could not reach hotel due to no phone and I was treated like criminal for no reason due to there issues with system and booking.com

Everything was excellent except for the general manager. I have already been staying here and there was a misunderstanding that clearly could have been resolved. Instead the general manager started to yell at me as if I was 5 years old and told me to leave. So this nights stay never took place and I have yet to be refunded my money. He argued with me and said I had no reservation even though I had a confirmation number and a receipt stating the room was paid for. I feel I was treated with great disrespect and profiled to be someone I’m not. I ended up staying at another hotel this night and it cost me twice the amount. I’m a platinum members reward holder and I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from someone that holds a G.M. Position. I later went back and again tried to speak with him and he declined. I would stay there again but I feel I’m owed a substantial apology. This was humiliating and degrading to me and I’ve stayed in many hotels. I hold platinum gold and other high rankings on my hotel stays not to mention I’m also a CLC member.

It was filthy, had live cockroaches, smelled of a stale bar, staff was rude. I think in my 50 years this was the grossest place I've ever stayed, it was down right creepy. Oh, and our keys never worked.

The staff needs to be trained more in Emergency Situations.. I was told to get vomit up with towels the front desk service should have known that vomit and blood is to get up specially solution and put in red bags..

Bed was awful, felt like sleeping on a board. Walk in shower, water ran out onto the floor

Facility was in rough shape, overall, and extremely filthy. Traveled with my mother who all but refused to stay. Neither room had a working phone, had issues operating TV, and when I reported one room appeared to have not been vacuumed, I was disregarded. Very disappointed.

I did not like the smell and the cockroaches in my room.

bed bugs in both of our rooms we left right away and it smelt like mold bad.

There is nothing to like about this property.

The hallways and our room smelled like mold. when I asked about it she said it’s due to the temperature in the room! The room and bathroom were terrible. When I went to book the hotel it did say free continental breakfast which was not true. They stopped that in 2020 due to the pandemic. The pandemic is over and other hotels are back serving them! I will never book another room at the Ramada and Wyndham as it is poor quality and customer service.
