How clean the room was. The friendliness from the staff.
The construction work going on. Not sure why there is construction work going on during a weekend. They did tell us during check in but it still was a little annoying at times with the noise.

This is a dated run of the mill place on a truck route, not pleasant, not clean and way overpriced - not even wifi provided without selling your data to the loyalty program
No wifi easily available, implied breakfast was included, it wasn't. Staff was not helpful or pleasant

Our refrigerator was broken, and the room I booked online said it had a balcony, but we were not assigned a room with a balcony. I know I could have complained about both, but I just went with the flow. It was fine.

The staff was very nice and the location was good.
The price was high and there was no free coffee or other offerings, such as breakfast . Our BIGGEST complaint, is that the smoke alarm had a bright FLASHING, GREEN light. ALL NIGHT! Our sleep was definitely affected. We have traveled the world and never saw anything like that.
