Fortunately, the manager I ended up speaking to arranged for us to be put in a wonderful, large, private, place right on the lake. While the screens on the sliding doors had holes in them, and one of the toilets had an issue and kept running off and on the whole time, overall it was a much better experience and we appreciated them moving us to this other place. It's a huge place and I'm sure keeping it all maintained and up to a good standard is challenging...but charging the rates they do should provide the money to keep it better maintained.

Our first night there was a disaster. The "apartment" they put us in had a refrigerator leaking water on the floor (that even after they sent a maintenance guy to fix it was still leaking the next morning), ants in a closet, a big stain on the sofa, a lamp that wasn't working properly, paper thin walls where we heard every word and outburst from our very noisy neighbors, and the only "view" we had was of the pickup trucks parked right outside our patio and the other units across the parking lot (and all the parking spots at our unit were taken so we had to park further away from our unit). After one night I asked to talk to a manager and told them if they wouldn't move us, we would be leaving and staying elsewhere and would like a refund of our money.

Beautiful property loved the lake view was in room 1325 awesome 3 Bedroom facility looking out at the lake and Mountains.

Place needs outside patio pressure washed on porch and inside the place could use a deep cleaning and my whole family complained how un comfortable the living Room furniture was and Beds was hard other then that we loved the property but the living room chairs and sofa needs replaced with more comfortable you do that it be a 5 star facility.

The area was beautiful!!! And we enjoyed the Hot Springs.

The apartment we received was acceptable, But did not look anything like any of the pictures that were posted on the site when we booked the apartment. The inside of our apartment was dated and old and not pictured at all on your website. We were supposed to receive a deluxe one bedroom there was nothing deluxe about our apartment.

Fantastic view from the apartment and the balcony. Spacious, clean and all amenities present. We seriously enjoyed our stay.

Reasonably priced for a decently sized space. The full kitchen and in-unit laundry machines were large perks. There were hot tubs available to use with the cost of the stay. The gps instructions to the unit were accurate and easy to use.

The couch in the living room could have been more comfortable. The roads to the property and the parking lot for the unit were poorly maintained with large potholes.
