Breakfast was the only disappointment. Nothing was stocked, one little muffin, no bread, couple English muffins and the fruit was moldy.

We loved the location. And front desk crew were very nice and helpful.

Everything else. The pool area including the pool were very unclean feeling. The whole hotel seemed very untidy and unclean. We only saw them vacuum and empty trash, never saw them CLEANING anything! The housekeeper was always on her phone and cleaning with one hand, so not really cleaning anything. Our sleeper sofa had food wrappers and underwear in it, from the guests BEFORE us! And EVERYTIME we left our room, we had to have our room keys recalibrated. Staff allowed their children to run through hotel as they were working.

Our room was by the elevator and the people above us were loud so I didn’t sleep well. Also a/c didn’t work.

The hotel was conveniently location with mountains in the background.

The towels had noticeable stains on them and the bed covers appeared to not have been washed prior. There was noticeable build of dust on the bathroom fan. The hotel cleanliness was definitively lacking alot. It did not feel like a clean room.

paper thin walls, i could hear the guy in the next room coughing. footsteps from above too. at 5am all the construction workers staying there woke up for work and was loud. basic room.
