Slechte bedden, verouderde kamers

Stadium Hotel did exceed my expectations for a non-flag hotel. Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were easy, and the rooms were clean and well modeled.

The bathroom counter was a bit small for two people, and a vent fan for the bathroom would be welcome to get rid of steam from the shower. Also, conditioner as well as shampoo would be appreciated.

The staff contacted me directly for a failed refund, and offered to send the cheque to my home address in Canada. Very exceptional service. 5/5 The breakfast is way better than any other hotel we stayed in Florida, also great view!

Localização, mas principalmente o café da manhã, pior que muito hotel de estrada no Brasil. Não tinha nada além de ovo mexido e café preto.

Very friendly staff, good location next to a casino, wonderful pool and a nice minigolf area, good breakfast with a lot to choose from, well presented by a nice staff

Convenience to the Stadium

The breakfast was very nice. Hotel location was great, we were there for a football game at the Hard Rock

I wish yhe bathrooms were a little bigger.....more counter space and a walk in shower, not a tub/shower.

At the time of check-in I needed to have presented the same card I used to book on booking.com. The employee informed me that would have to charge the fare+tax+hospitality using my physical card, until now Okay. But the refund didn't happen automatically, I had to contact to receive it.

I stayed there to watch Formula 1 and all the staff provided excellent service.

The cost of accommodations was a little high. That may not be an option.

staff are wonderful, helpful, friendly - the Grill space encourages interaction so made some good friends during the Miami Open !! Location is ideal and when the Grill was closed i just had to go to the casino nearby ! ;; Definitely return and say hi to staff. I even wanted to come back and eat/visit when i had to move to other hotels.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was pretty big. Staff are very nice. All in all the facility have a potential to be very very good. Mini Gulf course was very cute. We didn't get to use the pool but it looks very nice too.

The room was not super clean. Bath tub was outdated. Couldn't take a bath as the water kept draining despite closing the drain. Breakfast serves in Styrofoam which looks cheap, it breaks and environmentally bad.
