The location is good and most of the staff were ideal. The ice machine and elevator worked very well and the staff responded very well to solving problems and providing missing items listed as amenities.

We had to change rooms 3 times due to a lack of hot water. Eventually, we were told that the rooms that had the highest and lowest numbers had problems receiving hot water because they were too far away from the center of the building where the boiler is located. Walking across the floor in socks picked up a lot hair and dirt in the carpet. We also had trouble getting our room cleaned. We were told that for long stays they only clean the room once each three days, but, in our eight days, they only cleaned the room once. We asked the maid on the second floor if we were on the list to be cleaned and she said no. So we informed her that the room had not been cleaned in four days so she said she would clean it. But, upon returning to the room that night, only the bed sheets had been cleaned, the bathroom/bathtub cleaned, and the towels replaced. There were still stains around the coffee maker and the carpet had not been vacuumed. There was a broken/cracked window in the room, several missing amenities (hair dryer, coffee service (cups, sugar, etc.), our iron didn't work, and when the room was cleaned there was no toilet paper. We had to ask for some at the front desk. As head of maintenance for a hotel many years ago, it is my opinion that most of the staff was trying to do everything they could do to work around the lack of repairs and maintenance. I have traveled in many different countries for work and could always count on the Marriott for a consistent experience. This location needs the support of upper and local management to make professional repairs so that the staff is able to help guests without embarrassment. A note to the hotel maintenance staff: How can you expect the guest staff to take pride in the building if your work is sloppy and shows a "that's good enough" attitude. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and this is the worst condition I have ever seen.

Our room didn't get cleaned and we had to get clean towels from the front desk. Also had to request coffee from the front desk daily.

Clean and Nice.

The room I selected wasn’t available after the appropriate check in time. I had to be switched to another room with a smaller bed.

It was a nice location and was clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The shower needed some attention in the corners. Kinda moldy. The restaurant didn't open on time so there was no coffee for us before getting in the road.

Room amenities were good

During 6 days my room was not cleaned. I had to go to reception to ask for towels and tissues
