Upon arrival we were welcomed by staff and he took care to get us checked in and in our room quickly. The room was clean, free of offensive odors and it was large. The bed was comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was filling and the ladies working that area did a great job keeping it clean and well stocked. The dining area was clean and spacious.
The check out process was easy and the staff member I dealt with was very pleasant and courteous. I completed him on everything and told him that we enjoyed our stay.

I like that the stay was very comfortable and very clean
The heat was on, and it was hot but when switched over to air conditioning it cooled off fast.

Convenience and the lobby had several areas for visiting. Breakfast was good and loved that coffee was always available.
We had to have our keys reset every time we left the room.
If using the AC in the king bedroom, the room smelled musty and like mold.

This is such a beautiful and clean hotel. We have stayed here twice now over the last 3 months and it's just exceptional. The breakfast Is delicious!!

Our whole stay was great. We will be going back there soon for another Family weekend. We had a few key issues at the beginning when we went to our 1st room. I went back down to the desk to discuss the keys. The attendant and I were able to plan accordingly. However, she ended up helping us with the keys again, because of that issue. She upgraded us to a larger room for the inconvenience of our issue. Our Room was Amazing and pretty! We had plenty of room for our family!

Good location, fair price.
The reception lady's attitude is very bad.(the one during my check out) I know your system is down and you can't print Invoices. I just wanna to leave my email with you so you can email to me.
Why keep telling me call the hotel later to find out more details about my invoices? I didn't break your system!!
And after I insist to leave my email, the lady just behave sooooo impatient.
Ruined my day!!!! Thanks to you!!!

Great hotel, good price for a busy weekend. Everything was clean and in good order. Beds were comfortable.
The ice maker! Holy cow, that thing was loud. We would just drift off to sleep and then someone would either would fill their buckets or more ice would drop into the machine and wake us up. It was across the halls and 2 doors down but we heard it all night.
