On June the 6 I received your email about me. Contacting the hotel to change date. A request that I had made to booking.com. I called the hotel and they informed me that I did not have a reservation for June 8 through the ninth. I insisted and they told me they could not do anything about it. Contact your booking agent.

Staff was very friendly. Clean. Outside was well lit at night with cameras. I was able to leave stuff in back of my truck and felt safe. Nice pool area

The first day we had the breakfast it was cold, room was not clean.

The ladies at the front desk handled my check-in with smiles and great conversation. Checking out was the same, great attitude and a BIG THANK YOU for staying at their location... Great job staff!
Will stay again at this location because of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel
Not a deal breaker, but over looking a cemetery was a little different and a first for me..... lololol
Other than that, no issues or concerns with this stay and hotel

They were under some tule of construction and some area were not as clean because of that I think

The young lady at the front desk when I checked- in Friday evening on June 24th was very professional and a sweetheart, I forgot her name but she did an exceptional job with me and my family
hot in the hallway but it wasn't the end of the world

the property was clean and nice looking. staff was great and always had a smile on their face
the hallway a/c on the 3rd floor was not working but had signs of being repaired

The rooms were a good size, there was a fridge and coffee maker. The air conditioner worked well.
One of our two rooms was not available for some hours after we were supposed to be able to check in.

Carol was amazing. We paid through Booking.com before we arrived. Evidently the booking site underchrged by about $2. We offered to pay it, but she said no its their mistake and she contacted them herself and got it resolved. When we got to our room I realized I'd made a mistake in room selection. She had us moved to what we needed in about 5 min. The young lady who did the breakfast....also very good at her job, she kept everything hot fresh and replenished. We were in town for a family funeral so we had three separate families in four different rooms so we were eating at different times. Everyone was impressed and we all said we willl stay here again when we come back to town. Housekeeping staff also very good. We were there for 3 days and when we left in the mornings if they were in the hall they would ask if we needed anything. Also it's so refreshing to see people smiling while they work, so often when you deal with people who do customer service you notice they seem to not enjoy their job, that was not the case here.. We were thoroughly impressed with everyone there.

Stay was good and comfortable. Everything needed was accessible within my room. Would recommend for future travels. This location is good to access the springs event center
