To much noise from the upstairs

The location and cleanliness

The staff was friendly and the cleanliness and location was great. The breakfast was cold at the time that breakfast started. They do not have enough parking spaces and the fact that they don't care if someone parks in a handicap parking space without a handicap sticker is very annoying . This should be influenced. There are people taking up these parking spaces that do not have handicap stickers.

Hotel still has the newness to it. It has been well taken care of.

There was a group of young men out front smoking Marijuana on one of the nights that we stayed. They were talking very loud standing just near the entrance.

The ladies at the front desk were very personable and friendly! The housekeepering staff was very friendly as well!

Bed very uncomfortable. I asked for a handicapped room with an ADA toilet, did not get it.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. I had a great conversation with Amanda, the front desk clerk.

Parking was a bit sparse but I did find a spot
