The cleanliness of the room. The rooms were big and nice design.

Hotel was hard to get to from the frontage road without going through a restaurant parking lot. Had to drive all the way around and enter from the back of the hotel. The breakfast was really good. Lots of variety. Very clean and kept the buffet well stocked.
We were on the 2nd floor. Apparently, there was a family above us with 5 young children who ran back and forth across their room. We were all extremely tired and we needed some much needed rest. I was forced to call the front desk to complain after 10pm. It did finally stop.

mold smell tile broke in bathroom tripped over it dirty toothbrush in the shower. so I did not even take a shower because this was not clean. I was very disappointed I am supposed to get a refund but have not yet and have not even got a call back from the manager no hot tub that showed in the pictures

location was great
mildew in bathroom, door would not stay latched, indoor pool was very cold, no pool towels available, AC in room only kept sleeping area closest to AC unit cool, otherwise warm, water pressure was not very good.

Why would you stain furniture and rent the room out a few hours later??? I had got furniture stain on my clothes and it ruined my shirt and tank top. The manager did not charge me for the night to help make up for it, that helped but it didn’t make the situation better. I had only brought another change of clothes for the event I was going to the next day and did not come prepared to go clothes shopping because of the hotel’s bad judgment.

looked nice on the outside, just off the highway; great location.
There were bed bugs in the bedroom that we didn’t notice until the morning. When we talked to the front desk staff about it they said they would refund “some”. Not satisfied at all.

lobby back door did not lock. called it to attendant attention & still wouldn’t shut by next morning

The staff were amazing! I voiced a couple of frustrations to Chris about an amenity that was listed here, but no longer offered at this location and he did not hesitate to accommodate us with another solution that more than made up for it. Amanda made sure our room was immaculate and furnished with all the necessities, and last but certainly not least...Katt whom I am convinced is an absolute saint, went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and then some...such a genuine and lovely soul! The beds were comfy and our room had plenty of room and seating as well. We were also pleased to wake up to a hot breakfast in the morning in the dining area.
That we couldn't stay longer.

The breakfast was not as advertised in hotel's pictures and pool area did not have hot tub, but breakfast was ok and pool was nice.

BREAKFAST WAS LATE AND I CHOSE TO LEAVE BEFORE IT WAS READY. ON SUNDAY IT IS NOT READY AT 6 AM.
HARD TO CLOSE DRAPES ALL THE WAY TO DARKEN THE ROOM.
