Staff was not there to check us in. We waited a few minutes and we finally had to say hello. Our lock on our door had a crack and out sheets had stains all over them. The gravy and waffle batter was just water.

It had a pool & hot tub

requested a room on 1st floor or near an elevator since my 88 year old Mom was traveling with us, was told at reservation time they could accommodate our request. When we checked in we were put on the 3rd floor all the way down away from the elevator. When we talked with the desk clerk, we were told we could not move due to no better room available. We were told if we switched hotels we would be out all of our money since it was passed the checkin deadline ( even thought they did not enter our request). We would most likely not stay here again.

I can send pics I took on the hole in the wall,not able to get my military discount, the TV had terrible connection, the chair had a stain time on clock was wrong when I checked told the girl she said she hope I never return I have worked at a front desk and I know customer service is always trying to make it right. The floor felt grime

Do not check into a room that us a hole in it. The TV is not working and the sheet had a stain and chair had a stain and to give my military discount. Was terrible and to not have a front desk girl say she hopes I never come back cause I complained.

room was not clean, dried spit on the walls in two location, very disgusting, no reason for that. Bed worn out, needs to be changed, room 302 right bed.
