As we were traveling with someone who had a dog, this was one of the few hotels in the area that allowed animals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice looking gym (did not use). Location was near many restaurants.

The building was getting a little dated, but it was still clean and kept up. Not to be critical of Jacksonville as a city, but it is basically one strip mall after another. Its location was along one of the major strips.

It was good until we seen roaches, before that it was enjoyable.

The location is very comfortable and walking distance to lots of restaurants and grocery store.

Really nothing.

Lets see where can I start, Well first I get in and I check then, and I ask what time do you start serving breakfast(since it was on the website that they offered it.) She then tells me under the new ownership they do not offer breakfast anymore and tells me sorry but I can buy some items out of the store, very poor response, then I go into the room to find a very funky smell coming from around the Fridge, the beds were uncomfortable, you cant change the TV from the bed because the sensor is misaligned and you cant move anything because everything anchors down like a prison, so you have to get up every time to change the channel , I turned the ice maker on in the fridge ( since you dont have one in the hallway) it made 3 or 4 ice cube the whole night it was on that sucked, the drapes dont draw all the way closed so after a long night the light is coming thru the room waking you up.

The staff at the front desk where kind and very professional. Ms. Annette was awesome and very friendly.

The beds where not comfortable it was like sleeping on a box spring. The sofa and chairs had pet hair all over them. Then from the pets there were flies our legs and arms where all bit up. We could not get towels the whole time. The last night of our trip that's when we finally got big towels. The housekeeper on the 2nd and 3rd floor was very rude. She would literally ignore us when we would try to ask her for something or even get towels.

it was dirty they gave me a terrible room that smelled like smoke and was molded and the shower handle broke. I asked for a different room that was okay but still wasn’t the cleanest

This property is so in need of an upgrade. Our room had so much dust/ shower barely worked! Curtains were so dirty! Bed need new mattresses! And there were a roach on the wall in the hallway! The only thing great was the staff!!!
