The cleanliness needs improvement. My bathroom smelled like urine and the floor was dirty.

The breakfast was good. My girls liked the pool.

Definitely a little more run down than expected. I think the motel might have been nice 20 yrs ago, but could definitely use some updating. The ice machines were both not working on my side of the motel. Exercise equipment was old and two of the machines were out of order. The vending was apparently behind the front desk but nobody told us about it. We just happened to see when walking by. Even the carport to drop off had a huge hole in the roof and needs repair. It could definitely use some TLC funding to make it look good and feel good. The pictures for the place were a lot better than what it was in actual life. Just disappointed really. Mirror in the room has no outlet near it to do hair while not having to be in the bathroom.

The best sausage, eggs, and cinnamon rolls at breakfast, very well-appointed room with comfortable beds and lots of towels. Box of Kleenex in bathroom and small bar soap instead of just gel pumps. But fix the curtains in room 216!! They don’t cover the window. I had to rig up towels and hangers and chairs to protect my privacy and dignity.

That I was exhausted after a whole day on airplanes and had to climb up on unsteady chairs and a desk to secure the drapes and a towel with paper clips. I was given 216 as the last room available, and I can see why no one else was stuck with it. The management has to have known about the problem for a long time. Just fix it!!!
