Clean, modern room. Loved how big it was, bed was bigger than I expected as well. Check in was quick minus the phone call they were on when we walked in, but no biggie. Check out was quick, we deposited the key in the slot and all was well.

Needs more shower towels. Also the shower could use an inner and an outer liner, there is just a water-absorbent sheet. Also they only provided body wash and shampoo, no conditioner.

it was just terrible. There is no soundproofing between rooms. you can hear everything they are talking about. not only that, this night was just one disorder. behind the wall they had sex very loudly and we all heard it with the whole family, by calling the reception I complained, I don’t know what happened, but the neighbors also added a TV. The place is clearly not for recreation. the doors to the toilet creaked so loudly that every time someone wanted to use the toilet at night, the whole family shuddered. I do not advise

Rooms great size, great location with places to shop and eat within waking distance only 15 minutes to Old Fisherman Warf. Beach minutes away as well.

Could have used more towels with no stains, maybe upgrade the towls. And definitely upgrade pillows too soft non-fufilling. One reason I bring my own towels and wash rags. Other than that everything was great!

The location is great. The value is great. In general you get more than what you pay for it is one of the most affordable hotels in the area and it is one of my favorites always clean and affordable.

Clean room and grounds.

Unfortunately, all the hotels raise their prices for the Jazz Festival days which is truly wrong. Come Monday, prices are slashed lower. They try to make up for days when their rooms are available.

If you have another option, go for it. The manager/owner is extremely rude. There’s nothing special about the property. Look elsewhere
