I liked the layout and the breakfast was lovely. it was a packed house and the staff had breakfast out an hour early since many were heading to a dance comp. They made sure everyone had a chance to eat.

No complaints.

The staff was amazing and the beds where so comfortable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

the tub was super slippery (in handicap accessible bathroom) and the water didn’t drain in the tub while showering

The front desk clerk was especially welcoming and friendly.

The room was pretty dark. Either higher watt bulbs or a lamp on the desk would be nice

The front desk clerk, Therese was great and tried very hard to help. She compensated our frustration with points. and I appreciated that very much!! The staff tried their best to make things right.

Our tv didn't work properly. It kept getting caught in a menu loop. We purchased a movie and couldn't access it. The front desk DID take that off our bill. (Again...staff was great). It was frustrating to not have tv for entertainment. We could only get live programming. When we went to call the front desk, the telephone didn't work. Once again...the staff tried to fix it. Brought in a new phone and the next day checked the jack. But we didn't have a telephone or program tv all weekend.
