With my wife we enjoyed the place since it was close to the sea and we had the opportunity to relax for few days in such a lovely area.
The only thing I hope it will be better is the restaurant at level 3 since there wasn't much variety on vegan foods.

Local family here, it was Super nice havent been at queen kapiolani hotel since intermediate banquet, was nice to be back. Braddah at the front desk got our room earlier and helped us out super quick. Appreciate it braddah man!

Fantastic location on the Diamond Head side of Waikiki beach. Felt close to the centre without being too busy, would definitely recommend this hotel. The view from the pool and bar was also absolutely exceptional!
The doors had a large gap underneath them which meant that when trying to sleep it could get a little noisy/ unwanted light came through.

La posizione è buona, vicina alla spiaggia e a 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Waikiki. Il bar ristorante al terzo piano è molto grazioso e il personale è gentile.
Le camere non sono assolutamente all'altezza di un quattro stelle europeo, ma a malapena di un tre stelle. Innanzitutto non c'è la doccia, ma soltanto una brutta vasca con tendina e il soffione della doccia non può essere in alcun modo staccato (pertanto, farsi una doccia senza bagnarsi ogni volta completamente tutti, compresi i capelli, è impossibile). Inoltre, la moquette e il divano sono vecchi e logori e il condizionatore è terribile: si tratta di un vecchio condizionatore posto all'altezza del pavimento che butta aria gelida direttamente sul letto, quindi impossibile da utilizzare se si è sdraiati sul letto stesso.

You shoujd have little coffee makers with Kona coffee n the room… especially when people are coming from a different time zone and they can sit on the balcony and enjoy their coffee

The location of the hotel was great for us. We found the staff extremely helpful and welcoming, the hotel itself was comfortable and clean and had a great range of amenities.

1. 地點 靠近海灘可以直接走過去 不用任何交通工具
2.附近有停車的地方 而且在房間就可以看到在停車場停放的車子
3.到動物園或購物大街很近 也是用走的就可以
4.二樓三樓公共區域部分整理的不錯 會令人想要待在那裡拍照休息
5.一樓有飲水機提供裝水 很方便
6.除了幫我chen in 的櫃檯人員以外 其他員工的服務都非常好
7.女兒參加衝浪課程很方便 直接在飯店就可以報名 且教練人很好教學細心
8.飯店安排很多活動 瑜伽或製作花圈等 預約容易
不喜歡所給的房型 與booking.com上給的照片不一樣 一進到房間完全失望
我預定的房型照片上是有鑽石頭山和部分海景 而且不會看到旁邊的房間
與櫃檯確認房型 卻堅持所給的沒有錯 需要拉上窗簾才能有隱私
拉上窗簾就只能看到隱約的鑽石頭山
且陽台非常的不舒服 就在冷氣機壓縮機旁放兩張椅子和桌子
不會有人想要在那裡欣賞讚石頭山

위치는 와이키키 중심부와 멀지 않아 좋았다.
다이아몬드헤드 뷰를 보기 위해 예약했는데 사전에 말도 없이 다이아몬드헤드가 거의 보이지 않는 오션뷰로 업그레이드했다. 그래서 룸을 바꿔달라고 했는데 이번에는 수영장 바로 앞에 있는 5층으로 바꾸어 주었고 직원들의 응대가 좋지 않아 실망스러웠다. 방도 예상보다 작았고 화장실도 그리 만족스럽지 않았다. 커플여행이면 괜찮겠지만 가족여행으로는 비추이다.

This was our second stay. The first was a room in the center of the hotel. This time, we got a corner rom. The differences were immense. The corner was bright and inviting. The center rooms are sort of just boxes.

The view of diamond head and the zoo and a view of Waikiki 🥰 the staff were wonderful and so helpful! Oh the pool was great and the restaurant had the best beef curry ever!

A great location and such friendly staff!
Everything is very clean! Loved the view from our room.
Need softer bed pillows! And never any shade at the pool while we were there. They had umbrellas but did not ever put them up.

Good location - close enough to the 'action' but not too busy nearby.
Room was great - fantastic view of Diamond Head plus a little sea.
The photos of the pool show umbrellas up - I specifically looked for this so there was option for shade but it appears since those photos have been taken a covered roof has been added to the restaurant making the umbrellas impossible to use!

The view of Diamond Head from our room was spectacular. The location was also great as it allowed us to be close to Waikiki without being right in the thick of all the activity.
Elevators can be a little pain to get up and down as they fill up quickly and there aren't enough stairs to get to the lower floors that house the open-to-public restaurant.

The "Deck" restaurant has great food. The staff is super nice and helpful. The views are the best. The location is great. Valet parking worked fine and was quick. They have good coffee at the coffee shop. They even send postcards when we asked if we can just drop them instead of going to the post office, because we didn't have much time left before the returning flight so that was very helpful.
It might be a bit loud in the evening because of the location. Folks from the parking place called me twice when I was at the airport if I didn't see some extra keys in the car, because they had issues with locating some car keys, I really hope they've found the keys somewhere because they are nice folks. On other hand one of the important things about valet parking is that you assume folks won't lose the keys to the car you came with... also because I wasn't paying too much attention to the keys for the rental car, I couldn't be sure if there were some extra car keys left in the car...

Great location, we walked to nearby restaurants for all our meals and enjoyed the shopping.
The shower in our room overflowed water onto the bathroom floor but it was manageable with towels on the floor.

We were on the 7th floor with a balcony looking towards the zoo which was nice. A very short walk to the beach and the hotel kindly give you beach towels and beach chairs.
There was a damp patch in our room by the side of the bed, the hotel were going to move us but we were due to fly out the following day. They arranged a heater to dry the carpet and would have to look into the reason for the damp patch.

Had a coffee from the lobby cafe - was very good.
We unfortunately heard the garbage trucks do their rounds all night long when we were exhausted. This is not the hotels fault but it really did suck.

Das grosse Zimmer mit Balkon auf den Park und das Meer - im Hintergrund Diamond Head - ist schlicht nicht zu toppen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer überraschend gross und ruhig.
Die Bar und das Restaurant war uns zu wenig "open". Für beides musste man einen Platz zugewiesen werden. Wir gingen in offenere Bars in der Nähe
