室内スリッパが無く、連絡をしたが1日以上経ってから持ってこられた。シェラトンのマーク入りの使い捨てスリッパでした。このクラスのホテルならはじめから装備されるのが当然と思います。

Top location on Waikiki, right on beach in center. Ocean view just lovely. Rumfire restaurant great, on water, lights at night, decent menu if out for tours in day and you don't want to head out for dinner. We arrived morning after o'seas flight, lucked in as they had room ready and gave us small upgrade at NO CHARGE. Staff v. helpful. Room compact, even in higher ocean facing categories - we used spare bed for cases. BUT worth the cash for view and location.

Location was great , right on the beach , very clean and spacious

Pool chairs outdated , old towels , no umbrellas and it’s hard to sit like that in the sun

+ wir haben extra ein Diamond Head View-Zimmer gebucht und hatten so einen perfekten Blick vom Balkon auf den Waikiki-Beach; + sauberes Zimmer und Bad; WC hatte eine Sitzheizung :-) + super Lage - Mitten im Geschehen; + gutes Frühstück (à la carte); + toller Pool mit Rutsche, hat unserem Sohn sehr gut gefallen;

- man zahlt halt für den besten Blick auf Waikiki Beach einiges, aber das weiß man vorher - leider kein Frühstück-Buffet; wenn man Frühstück inklusive hat, dann kann man je Person ein Gericht von der Speisekarte auswählen; für uns war das Frühstück ausreichend und gut - 55 Dollar für Parken ist nicht günstig, aber leider Standard bei den Hotels in Waikiki

トイレのウォッシュレットが動かなかった点。機能として本質的ではなかったので、スタッフにはクレームしませんでした。

DID NOT LIKE: Celebrated 15 year anniversary for the first time in Hawaii - asked for an ocean front view and was placed on the 4th floor in the corner. Not okay.

Workers went on strike. Had we knwon prior the same way the hotel knew this was going to happen, we would have stayed elsewhere and got our moneys worth.

1st class welcoming! Great staff! They were all kind. The renovated room was quite big enough for us to take our own spaces. The furniture were clean and modern. The bed was ultra comfortable. Definitely consider Sheraton if you are planning to visit Hawaii. The location was everything btw. It does really impact your holiday in a very good way. Thank you guys!

They charge you twice. They draw the first payment for your whole stay and then they put an authorization hold of the same amount of money till your check out. They did not mention this while we were checking in they told us the only payment will be the total cost of your stay. I think you should inform your customers advance so that they can arrange their finances.

やはりロケーションが1番いいです。日本からの各ツアー会社のロビーやラウンジが近く、敷地内のプールから海(ワイキキビーチ)へすぐにいけます。 事前にオーシャンビューで予約することを強くお勧めします。我々日本人が想像するハワイの景色が待っています。 また敷地内にレストランやカフェ、モーニングが楽しめます。

レストランなどはもっと高級店が欲しいと思いました。

Tolle Lage und traumhafte Aussicht zum Diamond Head u. auf das Meer, direkt beim Waikiki Strand. Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe beim Hotel, z.b. Eisdiele, Supermarkt, Cafe, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Frühstücksangebot im Kai Market - leider gibt es kein Buffet beim Frühstück, man kann nur von der Karte bestellen und wenn die Portion nicht ausreicht gibt es keinen Nachschlag oder man muss zusätzlich bezahlen. Bei Zimmer mit inkludiertem Frühstück konnte man z.B. nur 1 Option auswählen, pro Kind 1 kaltes kleines Müsli zählte als ganzes Frühstück, wenn man noch was dazu wollte wurde das als ganzes 2. Frühstück bewertet u. verrechnet. Das war für uns unverständlich zumal die Preise für die angebotenen Speisen sehr teuer waren. Liebes Management Team - organisiert doch lieber ein gutes Frühstücks - Buffet mit vielfältigem Angebot wo auch was nachgeholt werden kann damit auch alle ausreichend satt werden u. zufrieden sind. Pool: Liegen waren allesamt direkt aneinander grenzend aufgestuhlt, keiine Abstände zur nächsten Liege u. total überfüllt, auch am Strand, leider kein Wohlfühlfaktor... besser gleich zum nächsten öffentlichen Strand gehen (weiter oben- 10 Minuten zu Fuß), dort ist überall mehr Platz, Liegen u. Schirmpreise sind auch akzeptabel. Kinderclub: viel zu teueres Angebot deshalb erst gar nicht gebucht. Mir kam vor dass kaum jemand das Angebot nutzte, schade.

La posizione sul mare incantevole. Meravigliosa la stanza recentemente ristrutturata e fronte oceano. Il risveglio è stato ogni giorno unico. Pulizia eccellente. Letti comodissimi e stanza spaziosa. Ho apprezzato molto anche la vasca con doccino regolabile e mobile, non così comune negli States. Hanno risolto il problema dei lettini occupati in piscina da chi arrivava alle 6 del mattino e li occupava arbitrariamente con un semplice asciugamano tutto il giorno senza mai utilizzarlo. Ora se il lettino non viene occupato per oltre un'ora, viene rimosso tutto ciò che gli occupanti avevano deposto. Accanto alla piscina infinity solo per adulti, c'è una spiaggetta molto carina con un albero molto tipico. Altrimenti percorrendo il sentiero verso le piscine per bambini molto comoda una seconda spiaggia più ampia con possibilità di noleggio ombrelloni e sdraio per 60 usd al giorno. Le acque sono subito profonde, consigliamo di prestare attenzione alla balneazione. Bar della piscina molto comodo per consumare dei cocktail anche a bordo piscina. Ottimi i molti ascensori presenti che evitano lunghe attese per i vari piani (31 se ben ricordo). Al piano terra presente un ristorante, il rum fire aperto fino alle 22.00 e un supermarket Lawson dove troverete molti cibi tipici giapponesi e non solo. Nel complesso un ottimo hotel. Un po' caro per quel che offre ma d'altronde, nelle Hawaii tutto costa più caro! Molto apprezzato anche il caffè in camera e un paio di tisane oltre ad un frigo disponibile per i nostri piccoli acquisti.

Connessione wifi disastrosa. Dovrebbero implementare questo servizio considerato il target a cui si rivolgono e i costi che un ospite sostiene. Room service per eventuale cena/colazione in camera non pervenuto. Avremmo apprezzato che ci fosse un orario di apertura più esteso del ristorante o una soluzione alternativa, anche solo per chi arriva dal viaggio e vorrebbe cenare a ridosso delle 22. Nel complesso siamo stati bene ma perfezionerei wifi e Servizi in camera per elevare lo standard del bellissimo hotel.
