Location was perfect. Room was spacious

Hot Tub not working, TVs in breakfast area were not working efficiently- no remote availability. Biggest issue was that on your TV in the room was that no guide or even a list of channels.

I didn’t have time to eat the breakfast. You might wanna look into the drain in the tub in our room. It was constantly leaking water in that can’t be good for you.

The fact that the hot tub was not working and I was not warned about this prior to my stay, like I was for another hotel that I cancelled because their hot tub wasn’t working.

The manager was awesome

I was wanting a hot tub but was always half full and the shower water ran all night and the air was out after all day at the race come back and the air didn't work had to use a hair dryer to try and thaw the unit out1

Sadly Booking.com completely dropped the ball when our reservation got hung up in a software glitch and Hampton didn't have a room reserved for us. After 45 minutes of going around in circles, Booking.com blaming Hampton and Hampton wanting to charge us for a second room and then "work on our refund from Booking.com", Booking.com's customer rep hung up on us and Hampton did the right thing by comping us a room. Except for the wild screechy rowdy crowd in the halls until 12:30 a.m. the stay was fine. Pretty good complimentary breakfast.

Noisy patrons in the hallway until after midnight.
