breakfast was great!! It made it worth it and the beds were comfy, there were plenty of pillows!!

It was ok. I paid an arm and a leg for the room and it was supposed to have. A sofa bed and it did not. Also a view of the pool was misleading it has a jack in the box right in the side of the bool and the pool area is about the size of the parking lot but is gated and was distasteful. I was shocked! But breakfast was great!! It made it worth it and the beds were comfy but the rooms were small!

Was put off that the manager hovers over complimentary breakfast area reminding people how much they should eat.

I think the breakfast layout could be improved. It would make sense to have the toaster near the breads and the waffle maker where the toaster is.

The gentlemen that was at the front desk was nice but the female day shift female was loud and rude to other guests and made a scene which I found very unprofessional.

They really don’t even deserve one star , website and all other third party states their policy allows Ada registered dogs , no where does it state the specific Ada requirements . I called and spoke with someone who informed me my Ada emotional support dog would be able to be in the room with me . Upon check in they denied my reservation, came from out of town thinking I was going to have a room and last minute our kids and pets had to sit wet and sandy in a car for an hour before we found another hotel . Thankfully SONESTA ES allowed us last minute to book a room and stay with our pets . Plus side the lobby was clean, the staff has immaculate with customer service and ultimately we paid LESS for such a better environment !!

Clean rooms

The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She made checking in super fast and easy.

The only bad thing was that you can't tack the breakfasts to your room to eat.
