The size of the room. We booked a one bedroom suite which had a good size kitchen and hob and microwave with separate bedroom and bathroom facilities. Was a really good size.
The room was in need of some tlc. Old cupboards falling off their hinges. Dust everywhere which set off a dust allergy requiring medication. We booked a king room with a fireplace for which I paid extra but we’re given a twin room without a fireplace and when I complained was told the configuration of room wasn’t guaranteed!
We booked for a week but left after one night. It was that bad. Not sure how they got a rating of four star in booking.com. I wouldn’t rate it a one star even.

the staff was super friendly and the location so close to the airport was convenient for a flight cancellation.
The room was dirty; the floors, curtains, carpet, and furniture were stained.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise and a great experience. The room was spacious, modern and well appointed. The breakfast was well presented and tasty. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Breakfast was good. The waffle bar was delicious! The room was clean.
The view could have been better. We had a view of the basketball court. The table lamps didn't work but the floor lamp did and it provided us with ample lighting.

Location was good
Staff was very hard to communicate with and the house keeping is hard to get in touch with. Had to wait 3 hours for some toilet paper and waiting all afternoon for them to bring me sheets so I could change bed my self

Facility was clean and quite. Staff member who check us in was very nice.
The room had a mildew smell as though it might have flooded before, and the bathroom in the room with the king size bed, shower head was leaking from the wall so we couldn't use it with out getting water all over the floor.

The size of the room was nice. The hotel itself was nice.
I called and told the hotel I'd be there around 2-3 am and was told that was fine. I showed up at 2:20 am, and nobody was in the lobby at the front desk. I waited for an hour and a half and nobody ever showed up. There was a random key on the desk so I assumed it was mine. After getting aggravated, I grabbed the key and went to the room not knowing if it were mine or not. I reported it to the staff the next day, and someone was supposed to be there until 7 in the morning, but was nowhere to be found. So needless to say, we didn't get to go to sleep until like 4:15 am, and then some kids woke us up dribbling a basketball right beside our room at 8 am. This was a terrible experience, and the hotel didn't seem to even care about the missing front desk employee.

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast
Right next to a highway so it’s loud, had to pay for wifi, the curtains were sheer and the black out curtains didn’t close so it got bright in the morning so I couldn’t sleep in

Both the night shift and the day shift manager were very accommodating and welcoming.

The only downside I experienced, was a dog parking nearby, every time someone walked by the room, the dog would bark.

I LOVED EVERYTHING about this property the cost, the location, THE BREAKFAST, and the way that it was set up!!! very cute room and the inside of the building is luxurious OMG I will DEFINITELY be booking this location everytime I’m visiting the area from now on!!! It was like a home away from home HONESTLY!!!
