Although it is listed as a 'Continental Breakfast', they do have omelettes pre-prepared for you. We were able to eat well there in the mornings (some people expecting sliced cheese and meats will be disappointed, but generally, a pretty good spread). I did overhear someone say that there wasn't much for you if you were 'wheat intolerant'. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds (two of them in our case) and were well presented. Air-conditioning worked well (thank goodness, we had a heat-wave). Both pools, Indoor and Out, were kept in good condition, and open for long periods. Most importantly, the staff were on the ball, could be clearly understood, and knew their stuff (unlike some other hotels we encountered on our trip). Useful range of shops and restaurants nearby. If you like sterile, hermetically sealed Airport hotels, this is not for you. This place has character.

Nothing springs to mind, other than that you have to eat out of an evening, but that is no hardship, and there are 'take-away's that you can bring in if you wish.

Nice and clean

The staff wasn’t nice, mostly the front desk, they don’t say good morning or good afternoon. The cleaning lady’s is so nice. I stepped on a rock at the inside pool area and my foot still hurt, I just let the front desk lady and she didn’t even asked if I got hurt or not. She just said I’m sorry for that.

Air conditioner in the room doesn't work well and the maid turned it off when she cleaned so when we came home at the end of the day our room was so hot, not sure why it was turned off

The outdoor pool was closed. The hotel was not busy but for some reason they placed a loud couple right above us on the second floor had at least another 30 rooms they could have used . They should have spaced out patrons better to assure a quieter stay Attention to detail of installed items such as fans, door stops , paintings all of which were crooked some with holes in ceiling .

THe indoor pool is great. It's big, well marked, warm, and clean. The breakfast room is big enough to accomodate large groups. They offer hot items like waffles and scambled eggs.

The hot tub needs repair. It was still usable, but not in great shape. While the housekeeping staff does a great job, their hours are limited. We slept in on our first day and housekeeping did not get to clean our room. We had a lot of trash. I asked the manager where we could dump our trash and he said to leave it in the hallway someone would be up soon to get rid of it. The trash sat in the hallway until the next day.

As good as any other continental breakfast that I have seen

I know this might sound like a small thing but the butter was kept in the fridge which makes it really hard to spread on toast. Leave out on the counter to soften during the breakfast hrs

Check in was easy.

There was no cold water at the faucet. I had to poke around under the sink to find the cold water and open the valve on the plumbing. Even then, the cold water wasn't very cold. The bed made a loud clanging noise when you shifted around.

The location was perfect! staff was very courteous.

Just outside of our room there was a ceiling tile that was filled with water and it had a large amount of mold. This was very concerning and staff walked by it multiple times and it was never addressed
